Needs soundproofing as could hear other people singing above us so found it noisy in middle of night, be good to have someone on site

Only one minor point .the route out from the top floor wasn't as instinctive as I would like , taking a second look to determine the correct door to use to depart was a little unsettling

The communication from the property was clear, concise, and informative without bombarding you. The room was stylish and well appointed . The bed and bedding were fantastic speaking as a lifel long insomniac i slept solidly until 7am a very rare occurrence

Parking not so easy to find as the road is quite busy so not easy to slow down and look for where the entrance is

The bath tub is spectacular. The decor is just beautiful. Lovely relaxing place to stay. Easy to get to the Metro in Edgbaston Village

We were on the top floor, the ceiling was dripping as it was raining, husband had to put a towel on the beam to soak in the water as it was dripping on the bed.

Easy instructions to check in. Very safe. The property was designed well loved the decor.

The fact that there were no meals or even breakfast was unusual, although I knew this when booking Edgebaston House.

Comfortable enough room and lovely bathroom, although the hand hair-wash tap on the stand alone bath dripped over the edge and left a large pool of water on the floor as I didn't notice this when running the bath!

No staff to meet you and and no-one answered the telephone on arrival (I arrived at 19.56) As a lone female traveller i started to panic that i had no where to go :(

Not much to put here, just that reception isn’t always manned, but there is a phone number you can call for help and staff are really friendly and accommodating.

We were initially struck by the security of the car park and the gorgeous patisserie next door. The hotel itself smelt clean as soon as we walked in and a lot of thought had been put into the decor and the rooms themselves. The mattress seemed like a memory foam and was super comfy and the pillows were very dense duck feather pillows - I’ve even googled them to but at home. The bathroom was a decent size with a roll top bath and a separate walk in shower. We stayed at Edgbaston on a very hot day but we needn’t have worried as there was air conditioning in the room, which kept as nice and cool.

There was no fridge. The cold water hardly came out. The cold water that did come out was warm. The air-conditioning was hard do navigate. We tried opening windows in the room but they had no latches.

nothing I dislike really, I think one piece of advice would be to keep on top with small decoration on the corridors and stairs such as wall paint and minor scratches around doors and walls but either than that it remain a beautifully modern and iconic British hotel

the interior design is luxurious and iconic and still modern, room was large and with a wonderful Victorian bathroom with a large bath and lovely modern shower..

The green light in room so bright bot allowing us to sleep lead to terrible sleep we ended up feeling so tired next dayy.... please move these light towards the door or something...the room is not dark or pitch black
