Apartment 4 was lovely - clean and modern and everything you could need. Really enjoyed our stay. Neil and Vitalie were such lovely hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. All fab!!

I loved the period architecture, the beautiful setting and garden. Every detail had been thought about and skilfully executed. Friendly and helpful hosts. The best apartment we have had the pleasure of staying in. Looking forward to another visit before too long.

We loved the tranquility of The Dower House. We stayed in Apartment 4 which was very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was a beautiful setting and very convenient for visiting Lincoln. Thanks Neil for making us feel so welcome and for all the supplies you left for us.

absolutely perfect, the pictures don’t even do it justice!! every little detail had been thought about, there was even a cake left out for us when we arrived! the whole building was beautiful and the rooms had everything you could possibly need! by far the best place i’ve found on here and we will definitely be back! :)

Everything! so much attention to detail. We received cake and croissants on arrival. 😁 Everything you could need in a bathroom the usual toiletries plus makeup flannel and cotton buds. The house is beautiful and our apartment was very spacious with beautiful big sash windows looking over a beautiful garden.

Dower House Apartments is a beautiful old building on the edge of Lincoln and was just right for us for a four night stay. First floor apartment which had every amenity needed and spacious wasn't the word, a huge place for us, a couple! We like a spacious area and this had it in abundance, very impressed. Our host popped up to see if we were settled in okay and who we saw watering the plants from time to time. Ample parking outside, a lovely quiet area and the evening song of the blackbirds was a pleasure to hear. We came for a concert for one night at Lincoln Castle but toured the area the rest of the time and the location was excellent for us to do that. Couldn't fault it and understand when told there was repeat visiting, we would stay without hesitation again too.

Everything. This was an old 2 storey country mansion, completely renovated inside and split into multiple self contained apartment. It was exceptionally luxurious, very spacious, clean, had everything you needed, in a beautiful garden setting, in a quiet country lane, but just 5 mins drive to the city centre. . Our apartment (no 3), even had great views of the cathedral.

30 min walk to town but there's parking in town if you want to drive.

Very thoughtful & welcoming host. We picked up the key from the locked box but the host came out to the gate to welcome us and help carry things up to our room. Fresh roses, milk, croissants & crisps ready on arrival. Small misunderstanding re garden expertly solved by providing us with recliners in lovely front garden where we had evening drinks in sunshine. Well equipped and tastefully decorated kitchen/lounge.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a stunning historic building. Clean and well equipped. Helpful and friendly host. Lovely touches like complimentary mince pies and croissants on arrival, apartment and communal areas beautifully decorated for Christmas, roaring fire in the hallway and views of Lincoln cathedral to die for!

The Dower House was beautiful. The apartment was perfect. It was clean, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Neil greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. We had a lovely welcome pack and the apartment had everything we needed and more. Neil had thought of everything. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments for a perfect luxurious break away. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place, nothing to dislike

Very handy to get into Lincoln; which is incredible as The Dower House is situated in a very quiet and secluded location.

Excellent comms with the host Neil who greeted me at the property and handed me the keys, easy to find and park Stunning property, very large open plan with high ceilings, superbly equipped kitchen with Neff appliances Shower excellent too and really comfortable bed with luxury bedding Having use of the washing machine was great too

Neil our lovely host had thought of everything, his property was stunning we loved all the treats on arrival and our yummy chocolate cake was soon polished off. Great location, we will be back plus will recommend to all.
