Double glazing glass on one window was all cracked and shattered and windows were unsafe to leave open. Anyone could climb in from outside, very hot day so had to open windows, No Air Con in room. No double bed in room but we were aware of that. Only one bath towel per person, no hand towels available or paper towels. No brooms for spillage or cleaning facilities available if staying for more than one night. Shower head very blocked, only 8 holes for water to spurt out, and controls on shower very hard to adjust, too hot for use.

Breakfast is not provided but nearby the Little Turkish cafe provided delicious breakfast. And also there is a very nice restaurant near the property called 'Mehek' where we had our meals, Outside the property is a nice veranda to sit and have fresh air as the room is very claustrophobic with three single bed lined up and not much space to move with our suitcases on the floor. No wardrobe and a very small sink in the tiny bathroom, not suitable for very big adult. Kettle had to be filled with a glass. Its suitable for sleeping only. We had one chair for the three of us. The host was very accommodating to our request and provided us with a fan and mugs.

It was just a room and wifi. Literally, there were no other amenities. Staff member also kept knocking on the window and shouting commands to me like she was my mother whilst I was working remotely.

There was only one pillow each, and no bed side table on one side. There was no one to greet you, you have to phone a number to check in and get door codes. The floors were horrendously squeaky, no tea in the room. I dont drink coffee. For £170 for 2 people for one night I would rather have stayed in the travel lodge further away. The fact that I had to then go and find a cash machine to draw money out to pay to park my car there too was frustrating. Definately not worth the money.

The bed was comfy and it was fairly clean. Off road parking.

it is run down, dirty, with worn out appliances and cobwebs. The Bed is worn, the whole place is in need of refurbishment and refresh/ decoration. The car park is so small my tiny car only just managed to fit in-between the gates so any thing bigger good luck. There was a person who is a chain smoker so had to listen to them go up and down the stairs and open the doors so not good on the sound proofing and it only stopped once they wetn to sleep. wifi was rubbish. There was no window in the room. Had to listen to washing machine or tumble dryer all night that got old very quickly. The shower handles were so hard to turn and move and there was a old cleaning staff lady who was aggressive and scary and constantly was shouting and screaming at other people she was abrupt and quite rude. tea and coffee cups needed a clean. Bed was dirty.

it was close to a train station so i could go to work. The room was a good size and had a tiny bathroom included, The water was hot, There is a small car park. One of the members of staff was lovely and nice. Tea and coffee stuff Shops nearby.

Really bad upsit discrimination

I feel so badly,and really upset, bed noise,matras dirty,towel so smilly,no ref ,no aircon,no microwave,tiny bathroom,shower not good,we stay there for 10 days for €1000±.1 thing that make me really sad diply,the owner ,she tell me ,(you can't take the warm? you are from the Philipines ,there is warm too,)......Untill now that word still in my mind,i feel discrimination.37 degres no aircon tiny electric fan.door hard clap.sooo bad experience

There's no towels or I couldn't take a shower

The room honestly was not clean especially the bathroom. Towels had some discoloration on them. Heating and warm water wasn’t working. It was rectified temporarily but continued again

The long driveway was very dark at night. Needs more motion sense lights closer to the start of the driveway. The heat was slow to build up. Someone was smoking inside the building. Only saw staff when checking in.

The toilet/shower was in a cupboard with a sliding door. The place felt unsafe down the back of a converted old building, rather like our outbuildings. Got a proper twin room with proper bathroom at Ramada for the same price! Couldn’t possibly stay in that shed and owners have not been polite enough to reply for my request for a refund. Booked three nights and didn’t stay to watch out for the rats and cockroaches that others have mentioned. Booking.com need to remove this or ask owners to be honest in their description and charge hostel rates.

Although it was a keypad to get into the room, my daughter who was in a room on her own was nervous as she couldn't lock the door on the inside.

We booked it as it was only 4 miles from the Tottenham stadium. Good location if all you need is a bed and on suite for a night. There were no keys which was useful. Clean and serviceable.

Only one towel for 2people and hand soap instead shower gel.But those minor issues didnt prevent from a good rest I needed from a long drive and stopover.

Room was tidy,warm,tea facilities available.All info regarding door codes were given at the property.Very quiet location however not far from main road shops, petrol station.I parked my car near by on the street.
