The bed could have been firmer but that's just a personal preference.

The lady who runs the place was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming and had good tips for places to visit. The room was very clean. Nice big tv. Fantastic shower. The breakfast was fantastic and had everything you could want. It felt very relaxed like being at my auntie's.

Kathleen the hostess of the Inn was such a delight. She was very helpful. Even carried my bag up the stairs with a don’t argue about it I’ve got it, no bother, accommodating attitude. I enjoyed the a restful night’s sleep in the quaint room which included all the necessities. In the morning I had a delicious breakfast but most enjoyable of all, was having a pleasant conversation with Kathleen about life nowadays. She gave me recommendations on sites to see before heading out. An extra was ample parking in a the lot right across from the Inn. Would definitely stay there again.

My mattress was a little lopsided, and the traffic is (at the front of the house) a bit unceasing, but it is what it is, and I accept that.

The best thing about this BB is the host. Kathleen is great. She's friendly without being intrusive, is down to earth and straightforward, and I felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast is really spot on (warmed plates; always a good sign), equidistant between Derry and the Donegal border village of Lifford. Price is also very fair, and the facilities are more than adequate. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Kathleen's a gem of a Derry/Londonderry girl/host.

Kitchen was a bit messy.

Kathleen was an excellent hostess. She was very friendly and enjoyable to converse with. Our room was clean. Kathleen cooked us some delicious breakfasts. We were able to use the main kitchen to cook our other meals. Good location near Londonderry. We drove a different direction everyday.

I could have done with a few glasses in the bathroom, for drinking water and putting my dentures into! Also, the cord on the kettle was so short that I had to unplug it to be able to pour the boiling water into the cup. The corners on the bed could do with being padded, as the only way to get to the bathroom was through a tiny gap between the bed and the desk, and I kept getting bruised by the corner of the bed.

Buses are infrequent (especially on weekends). Renting a car would give you a lot more freedom on your stay. There is parking available at the property as well. Roads are quiet and simple, so driving isn't a hassle.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Cable TV, nice views of the hillsides, quiet area. Well-stocked kitchen for you to make breakfast.

It is called the coach inn and I was looking forward to to an evening Guinness. Sadly the Coach Inn is no longer a pub. Kathleen did advise alternatives including chauffeuring me to a local pub.

Kathleen was an amazing host. On arrival I was offered toast and cereal for breakfast but infact she was there in the farmhouse kitchen with communal breakfast table, offering cooked breakfast. She clearly loves the contact element of her job. The room was spotless comfortable bed, clean fluffy towels and hor shower. She was able to help me put together a programme for the next morning, a trip into Derry to the friendship bridge. Simple, honest, person friendly hospitality

It’s a little out of the way for anyone looking for lots to do. Was fine for us as we had a car.
