Stayed in the twin room featured so a double & single bed was a bonus! Good size but cosy room with all the amenities required and shower with good pressure. Even had a coffee machine! Quick walking distance to all the places we wanted to go in Chepstow. Very central. Not a rowdy pub so no noise after late. Think we were the last ones there at 9pm 🤣. Staff were lovely and helpful. Couldn’t have wanted more for the reasonable price! Lovely stay.

The room was a little tired, but in good working order.

The greeting was warm and friendly and very efficient. I was shown my room and where everything was. As first impressions go, it was excellent. It is a value proposition, but a good one. The location is good with a town car park close by.

All good really just need to change the pillow as very flat and hard and a bit more dusting. Ex lamps.

Very nice stay. The rooms were a little tired but had all you needed in the room. Breakfast was very nice and very hot. Service was fab. The owner Bommer was very nice and made us feel very at home.

The breakfast was not included in the price which was fair enough, the room was good value. We happily paid for breakfast as extra, but we felt it was expensive for what was provided.

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was great.

The only downside was no on site car park, but there is a large public carpark a couple of minutes walk away.

The Coach & Horses is an old inn full of character, no right angles here. The bed was comfortable making for a decent night's sleep despite the hot weather. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and made with good quality ingredients.

Banged head on lampshade a few times! Coffee machine worked once and then decided not to the second time... :/Nothing major tho.

Easy check-in. Parking with a motorbike wasn't an issue as space on wide pavement opposite. (Cars would need to park in a nearby car park.) Simple bedroom, perfectly suitable for a night on our trip, slept fine. Good location with decent eating/drinking options v nearby, including a fine micropub.

Great location for town and the racecourse. Friendly staff. Very clean. The en-suite room we had is small but excellent value and comfy bed.
