Room 4 for a single traveller was excellent. Good size, good amount of light from the small window. Very clean. The breakfast was the best I've had for a long time.. No photos, you need to go and see how good the hotel is and how friendly the Hosts Gareth and Clare are.

The location was really central. The room was spotless and very comfortable. So many well positioned plug sockets and a great shower room. Breakfast was full of good choice and very well cooked.

There is nothing not to like.

The Cliffbury is beautiful guest house in a fabulous location. large airy rooms which were immaculately clean with lovely extras, miniature toiletries, unlimited tea/coffee biscuits in the room and lovely soft furnishings, with the added bonus of onsite parking. lovely/quiet spot and walking distance to the main promenade and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Very informative of surrounding area. I would highly recommend to friends.

There genuinely wasn't a single thing we didn't like.

Gareth and Claire are such wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful and professional. The Cliffbury is an outstanding B&B, modern and spotlessly clean with lovely decor and furnishings. Our second floor room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and drawers, hairdryer, large TV, comfy chairs, coffee, teas, biscuits and a kettle that didn't take 10 minutes to boil. The breakfast was top quality, freshly cooked by Claire and dietary requirements were catered for. The huge bathroom was perfect with plenty of shelving for toiletries, bath with shower and also a seperate shower cubicle next to the WC. The Cliffbury is a short walk from Llandudno train station in a quiet road. This was ideal for us as we travelled by train. It was within easy walking distance of the high street shops, cafes, restaurants, retail park and the seafront. We will definitely return to The Cliffbury as anywhere else would disappoint in comparison - Denise and Steve.

Nothing because everything was amazing

First of all I really appreciated the welcome by the lovely hosts Claire and Gareth, great communication answered all my questions made me feel at ease and good recommendations. Great parking, facilities, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, clean as in squeaky clean to point my husband just thought it had been newly decorated. We was only here for one night unfortunately as it was my husbands birthday and only had the weekend off but safe to say we had an amazing nights sleep and was gutted to return we could have stayed a week. Will definitely be back!
