Mattress was stained could see through sheet, bathroom tap very wobbly, tv did not work ie unable to watch anything as aerial not working, also door lock wasn’t working correctly

I stayed in room 108 and there was a family next to me whom like to argue at 3 am , But other than that the stay was perfect for the money.

You can check in from 3pm but there are no staff till 4.30 on reception, so we walked in about 3.30 to a dark uninviting empty reception area,no atmosphere, like the Mary selest.you can self check in but ours didn't work so we drove off for a while and returned a bit later, a member of staff walked into reception and helped us check in.The room was nice I think the carpet was new,very nice.really disappointed that there was no breakfast room in the morning for a good cooked breakfast, cereal or tea and coffee as you like it,only an on the go breakfast.my fault because I just assumed there would be a dining hall at such a venue.

The shower shampoo was empty same room on 2 occasions but when private events are there it can be noisy but it would have been nuts e to be u formed so other arrangements could have been made as effected the ability to sleep

The room had used sugar packets in the draws some opened and left with sugar everywhere more cobwebs then you shack a stick at. The staff are as helpful as chocolate sandals amd it's on the middle of nowhere so if you don't drive don't even bother because there's nothing to do all the facilities there are closed .

Reception only certain time. Is it necessary to charge 2.50 for hotel when car park spaces are big.

The way out! Extremely expensive for a worn-out room, bulbs not working, flashing bed lights (I thought it was a disco in my room), rubbish water pressure.

They had sectioned off the disabled parking for wedding cars that weren't being used and just covered. The door to our room was unable to open fully and didn't close without putting full body force behind it. The shower was intermittent unless turned to a point that the water was scalding hot. Also, when self booking in, they wanted me to pay even though I had already paid. Had to make several phone calls and then wait fir someone to turn up to sort out. The carpet in the room could also have done with being hoovered.

Well the water in hot tap just dribble out cold was like a water spout the shower was not working, no shower jel tv did not work , did tell reception but nothing happened apart from that ok

I’ve stayed in a few different rooms now and they are all decent, the rooms can get a bit hot during the hot weather.

I like the location, the staff are pleasant and the onsite restaurant is really good.

There was no fan and no air conditioning, so the room got very hot. There was also no dark blinds so we were woken early by the sun (& the heat in the room).

The property is clean and tidy, it has spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. I have been staying at the new Chichester for the past 3 months. Quiet location and a decent Indian restaurant on site. The staff are really nice too.

The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast had been booked and paid for before arriving but there was no breakfast on offer. I have not been able to contact the hotel since, my emails have been ignored and my phone calls have never been answered, therefore no refund for breakfast. My trip was for business and I have been unable to get a receipt. Disappointing stay.

Only down side is breakfast is to go in brown bag cheese toastie fruit bowl choco pain and fruit drink with coffee. Restaurant on site you need to make a booking even though empty. Plus you have to pay £2.50 for overnight parking even though you are in the middle of nowhere. Also nowhere to chill and buy a pint
