Very comfortable bed, clean and modern room. Welcome text the morning of checking in, a recommendation text (I asked) for places to eat around the area. Warm and friendly staff. Very quiet at all times.

The fact we couldn’t stay !

Wow ! I cannot rate this property high enough. It was outstanding on every level. Staff were kind enough to upgrade us to treetops luxury suite . So beautiful , large comfortable apartments , bed so comfortable , mini bar well stocked and lovely bathrooms

Absolutely nothing!! Just wish we could have stayed longer!!

We stayed in the treehouse apartment & it was fabulous, had everything you need, spacious, comfortable & nicely decorated! There’s even a small door for the kids to enter the room!! There is a mini bar in the room which does have a charge if you have anything! Location is good! Car park is literally next door & only £15 for 24 hours! Can’t comment on staff as didn’t really deal with anyone!

Everything was excellent.

We received a really warm welcome on arrival at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. I had forgotten to add our small dog to the booking but it was not a problem on arrival at the hotel. Having fresh milk and tea/coffee provided was really welcome as we had been travelling most of the day. We were sent recommendations for dog friendly cafes/restaurants & pubs which was very helpful and it was nice to see local businesses recommending each other. The hotel is in the centre of Chester so everything is close by, but our rooms were very quiet and relaxing. This hotel is a real gem with excellent service. Keep doing what you're doing, we will be telling our friends and family about this hotel.

A bit warm. Portable aircon units that had to vent out of a window but the window opened out onto a flat roof so it would not be safe to leave it open at night.

The only thing I would comment on was that because the building is older, it wasn't fitted out with air con and as it was pretty hot when we stayed they had an air handling unit in the bedroom with a pipe running out of the window, which wasn't too bad, but around 4am in the morning there seemed to be a few delivery lorries banging and crashing just under our window.

The Hotel was very central and also next to a car park which was very handy. The rooms were very large and the decor was beautiful. The kitchenette was well equipped and there was even a pint of 'proper' semi skimmed milk in the fridge for us to use!

There was nothing not to like, the room was vey hot but a fan was supplied.

This hotel was amazing right next door to the Multi story car park which was £15 for 24 hours. Lovely little friendly pub right next door. The room was beautiful we only started one night but will definitely go back again.

It can be a bit noisy. Our room was overlooking the outside area. It was a very warm evening and the air con unit was not up to the job.

Very smart decor and amenities in a well equipped studio apartment . Good location with easy walking access to the city. Nice bar next door with shared outside area.
