Nothing negative to say.

The host Simon and his family made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon helped us with suggestions on where to visit in the local area. The family were pleasant and polite. They were always interested in what we had done the previous day. Our bedrooms were clean, comfortable and always well stocked with bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. The shower room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was superb. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Location is excellent, close to everything you want to see in Llandudno, tram station, pier,shops and restaurants, Simon the owner is very welcoming, he creates a very nice atmosphere and also makes a lovely breakfast with fresh local produce, think we were in room 6, top floor, had a great sea view

The host Simon was lovley couldn't do enough for us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. half way through the week he laid on a barbecue and fireworks and all the guest met up it was delightful

We stayed for a week at The Chelsea and it was absolutely amazing. I was travelling with my two teenage children and we had the King Suite, which was perfect for our needs. The suite had a separate room for the kids, my own adjoining room, and an en suite bathroom. Everything was modern, beautifully decorated, and the shower was excellent with toiletries provided. The house itself is lovely, with a good-sized garden to relax in, plus a conservatory and a grand hall where breakfast is served. Simon and his family were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, encouraging us to make full use of the shared spaces – from bringing back takeaways to playing games in the hall. We felt very much at home. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order each morning. Having stayed in a few different places in Llandudno over the years, I can honestly say this is the best by far. It’s clearly popular with returning guests, and we’ll definitely be back ourselves if we can secure a booking!

Perfect location, family run and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail at this hotel/b&b was superb. Gorgeous garden space, beautiful building with traditional and modern touches. What a find! The hotel is in the perfect location with access to everything and stunning views. Simon was one of the best hoteliers we have met. He made us feel so welcome and at ease. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Location is great, close to the town and the Great Orme tramway station. Rooms are large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice excellent and cooked to order. Simon the host is very friendly and professional and obviously takes great pride and pleasure in what he does.

From start to finish our stay here was fantastic. Simon helped us with parking straight away, which was so helpful. We were shown around upon arrival and the areas we could use were all amazing. Simon helped with our bags and was really knowledgeable with local recommendations. The room was gorgeous, beautiful views, and perfect little touches, like the fridge and water bottles. Having a king bed was excellent too. Our breakfasts were really tasty and there was plenty of choice. The location is great, close to the pier, tram, pub and fish and chips! We loved our stay and will definitely be back, thank you!

The house is very nice, it has a very interesting dining room, with plenty of space and a conservatory that looks out on the sea, our bedroom had a view on the Great Orme, and there is a lovely, secluded garden. Simon is very friendly and accommodating, and his breakfast is delicious.

Simon and his family really have set up something special here.me and the mrs booked a last minute 2 night stay and Simon was an unbelievable host.extremely helpful and his breakfast is BANGING .A beautiful,quaint,old British building with a lovely garden and sea view.PERFECT.we are definitely returning .
