The coach house building, we were staying in had lovely exposed beams and was really nice, but the communal corridors were really quite dirty and in desperate need of a carpet clean and a general decoration.

During the night there was alot of noise and doors slamming and what sounded like people knocking on doors? Not sure what was going on but it wasn't too much of a bother, just made it take longer to settle down to sleep.

Very lovely location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The new gentleman working at the bar in the evening was very kind and put a smile on our faces. Cosy rooms and very easy to park.

The road noise was loud in the rooom but it was OK at night for sleeping .

A good place to relax in traditional old buildings and nice grounds . Very friendly and helpful staff . I would give a special mention to Bruna in the bar / restaurant for her friendly service.

I think you will know our main gripe. The state of the building, the grounds, and the room, were very poor. Half the floor tiles in our bathroom were cracked, the thermostat on the towel rail was broken. Only one window opened but wouldn't stay open. I could go on. The restaurant was good. Unexciting but good value and the children with us loved it.

Your staff are your greatest asset. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and couldn't do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We normally stay at 5* hotels and would rarely find such commitment from all the staff.

Can’t complain. It was a bit warm at first when we arrived, there is no AC or fans and window cannot be fully opened. However, during the evening it cooled down a bit.

Room is spacious, decoration with Shakespeare everywhere was a nice touch. Receptionists were very friendly and welcoming too! Always seem to have car spaces left on the car park. Close enough to Stratford and we also explored the Cotswolds too. They had a station with free dog treats and water.

Great location, only 15 minutes by car from Stratford and within a few minutes walk of a lovely National Trust property.

Both the single beds lopped to one side. The sofa bed was so tired and the mattress so thin. There was barely any cushioning. The so called tennis court wasn’t level and the rackets they provided were small rackets. There was no ball available but luckily our dog managed to sniff one out. The tap in the bathroom was so noisy. As soon as it was turned on it made such a racket and also splashed everywhere. The room looked like it had been repainted so was nice until you notice the skirting board which had loads of cracks in it. Also we were only given 2 towels for 3 of us. When we arrived there was no one at reception and we had to wait a good 20 mins or so before someone showed up.

The room was massive but the beds were old and tired. Lots of dog treats available at reception for our pup. Lovely bed and towel left out for our dogs. The staff were lovely and helpful. Shame we had wait for ages to check in. Lots of parking available. Close to Stratford upon Avon

The menu, some items were not available from the menu including certain wines from the wine menu. Very slow restaurant service on both evenings for both food and drinks. Incorrect meals brought to the table on the Friday and very poor main course in the cottage pie on the Saturday evening. Breakfast uninspiring.

The hotel is in a lovely rural location. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and good linen, however both rooms were travelled with friends were very tired.

Ridiculously expensive restaurant. £14.50 for "sharing" nachos which weren't enough for one, not so hungry person. The house salad was tasteless and again very expensive. Hot breakfast was not well stocked and only one hot drink machine working so a queue to get coffee

Air conditioning only remained on for 2 mins then switched off. Reception provided a fan which helped but as air conditioning was a prerequisite for selecting our accommodation it was a bit disappointing to endure the high temp on the first night of our stay.
