What a charming B&B, exceptional value for money. Hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming, my room was perfect for a solo traveller and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing for the price. The location was absolutely perfect, right behind the Tower so handy for everything.

The hair dryer was joined to a very low plug with a very short cord. Being older was very tricky manipulating plugs so low. The TV aerial kept falling out which was a bit irritating , needs attaching properly.

The decoration in the room was lovely, beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed and was nice and cool with the fan and window. Lovely owners who made you feel very welcome.

The host Michelle was lovely, very welcoming. Nice breakfast in the morning, including fruit and cereal. would not hesitate to recommend the Celtic Pride to others. It's in a fantastic location.superb value for money. 10/10 from us.

This is difficult as it's not a big thing and not much that can be done. But because of myself and my wife's health, we struggled getting up the stairs but there is absolutely nothing our lovely hostess could have done.

Had a really warm welcome and the hostess was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the pillows were excellent. The walk-in shower was a godsend and ample amount of shampoo and shower gel. The room was comfortable and while we were there Michelle (hope spelt right😊), offered us an extra fan due to the hot weather. The morning breakfast was a straight 10/10 not just oh how tasty it was, it was made to order, well presented and just the right amount. On the day of leaving we checked out but didn't have a train for 4 hours, but we're able to leave our luggage. All in all a fantastic stay and a 9/10. Health permitting we plan to return again in 2026

Our room was really hot on the top floor - ( heatwave) a small fan was provided, we had also brought a larger fan but it was still very warm even with the window open. Window covered with adhesive film so we could not see out. We didn’t use the tv but if we had wanted to we would have struggled due to the position on the wall of the bracket it appeared to be facing downwards. Shower drained very slowly so we were standing in water .

Perfect location for central Blackpool - we were going to a show at Viva - literally 5 mins walk away. Our room was a reasonable size - it had a double & a single bed - both beds mega comfortable - bedding also pristine & high quality- great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious - really generous & high quality items - I had fresh raspberries, blueberries, melon & grapes- yoghurt, honey - followed by a full English - butcher’s/ locally sourced produce - sausage, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, egg , tomatoes, baked beans & hash brown. Plenty of toast -jam/ marmalade, fruit juice. Cereals & pastries also available -all delicious- excellent value. Staff friendly especially the lady that served breakfast.

Michelle and the staff could not have been more helpful. The weather meant that the rooms were very hot as expected and windows and doors open. Michelle offered extra fans immediately to cool down the room and the fan was on when we arrived. My son could smell the cigarette smoke coming from outside the property and left him dysregulated and really unsettled. Michelle offered a full refund for our stay if he could not stay which was so kind but we remained for our stay and the issue eased. Extra towels provided when we asked for them and the room was cleaned (which we hadn't asked for but so grateful) Little touches that my son's favourite pillow from home was placed so lovingly for him returning too. Breakfast for us was the highlight ✨️ Michelle and the staff were so accommodating to our individual needs and it was beautiful. Choice of pastries, cereals and a big selection of fruit and toast to self serve all followed by full English breakfast 😋 We were made to feel so welcome during our stay and will definitely return (maybe as a couple to enjoy a quiet stay)

This hotel is close to all amenities around Central Pier, the hostess and staff are great and there when you need anything, there is plenty choice at breakfast and the cooked breakfast is perfect, you can’t go wrong staying here.
