The staff were lovely and so welcoming. The rooms were cosy and one of the most comfortable and best nights sleep I've ever had and also they serve incredible pints for that matter too. There's also a play area in the pub which is huge and would certainly be great for little ones too. Top breakfast with great produce and the famous durdle door is literally 15 minutes down the road. Will certainly be returning in future, thank you!

Very conveniently located with a good size car park for SUV. Loved the family suite. Rooms were quiet for a good night sleep. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The only thing that can be improved is the wifi-connection. There was no way of connecting to it from within the room.

Wonderful two night stay for me and the kids (who loved the on site playground). Loved the complimentary breakfast (the English brekkie was to die for). Staff was very friendly. T

The fact that there was no garden with grass and to get to grass I had to walk the dogs up a fairly busy main road with no pavement. I also thought it was quite expensive and it wasn’t ideal not being able to arrive before 5.30pm.

I liked the fact it was so dog friendly and the staff were lovely. The bedroom was a good size and very comfortable and I appreciated the fan. The shower was excellent. It was also convenient as it’s very near the venue where I was competing.

The family room was beautiful and very clean.

The pub was very child friendly and the family room was amazing. It was very comfy and spacious with everything that we needed for our nights stay. The staff were all lovely also. The price of the menu was quite high so we chose not to eat there.

The included breakfast was exceptionally good and highly recommended. The room was large and very well presented, including nice touches with biscuits, bottled water and bathroom accessories.

noise from the extractors nearby was quite loud, I could hear it even with earplugs. And the usual problem for all British accommodations- uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.

The bed was in an area of the room with no windows and it felt a bit like sleeping in a cupboard. The en suite could have done with updating. The carpets need cleaning or replacing in the communal corridors.

The staff were lovely and very obliging. The weather was very hot and they found us a fan at our request, and they also allowed us to have a cereal breakfast earlier than their advertised time. We also had a very nice meal in the pub

Had one little problem with the lock on the bathroom door. But this was quickly rectified.

Stayed in the family suite which was an ideal set up for myself and my elderly parents. The staff were very nice and arranged for us to check in early due to my mothers health. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.
