United KingdomFrom start to finish this modern hotel exudes quality and excellence of the highest order. From drawing up in a taxi to a swift and efficient check-in and being escorted to my room everything was seamless. I was given a very generous room upgrade. Staff swiftly attended with my luggage and room service arrived simultaneously with “amenities” acknowledging my birthday and I was offered a lovely coffee and additional water. The lady who delivered these was delightful, funny and informative. Unfortunately I did not get her name (#630 on 28.7.25) I spent time exploring all my room facilities. They were stunning and I was extremely impressed. Best bathroom ever! The view from the rooftop pool area over Hyde Park and Knightsbridge is stunning. I enjoyed a peaceful light lunch and cocktail at the ground floor bar. Here I experienced swift and discreet service on a quiet side street terrace with neighbouring church bells sounding every 15 minutes. Very relaxing. There was extensive work ongoing on in the front lobby but this in no way impaired my overall experience here although reception and concierge areas were compromised. In the evening I had dinner at the new “La Môme”. This is a very lively and buzzing new addition at The Berkeley with a mid-20th century smart jazzy nightclub feel and a Côte d’Azur vibe. Staff are energetic and enthusiastic, so keen to please and ensure you’re having a great time. Service is swift, discreet and efficient. Food and drinks were all lovely from start to finish. Fantastic live music really made this evening truly special. Staff made my birthday feel very special! Room service breakfast was prompt, very special and really generous. Shout out to Mohamed at the front door, who made arrival with luggage welcoming and departure swift and easy. Truly great service! In short: everything at The Berkeley is really “on point”. I’d give it a 7 star rating with a score of 20/10.

The staff were all excellent, especially the maids who came to attend to the room. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The smoothies the chef made every day were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable, and Extra requests were met. I will definitely be going back again.

This hotel is superb. It is also very expensive, therefore for most people it would be a treat.The staff were amazing and the food very good. A most Pleasurable experience.I hope to return for another stay before too long.

United KingdomUnable to be accomodated in Collins Room for a cooked breakfast was massively disappointing. Able to get a table in the cafeteria only because we were guests. Cold croissants, solid butter and no handles on coffee cups. Although nice enough croissants not enough choice. For a 5* hotel, and the price paid overall not what i would expect. Its the little things that put you off returning.
Staff attentiveness was first class. Room ( Berkeley Room) a good size and well appointed. NIce touches owing too a special occasion.
