Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe walls between rooms 15 and 11 are very thin. This was exacerbated by a very noisy couple in room 11 who talked very loudly between 10:30 until after midnight . We had travelled up from Devon that day and obviously were very tired! The night - duty manager , Mark , was extremely helpful and after my husband went down to reception to complain, Mark promptly dealt with the situation and all was resolved!
The location is brilliant! We both loved room 15 - the room was big, as was the bed and we really appreciated the A/C!!

United KingdomBed was too firm/hard. Shower didnt have a shelve to put you shower gel on. Very loud traffic from the road if you have a front room, kept waking up at night. We did find that the window wasnt fitted properly in our room though (room 19), it had about a 5mm gap even when closed so you could hear more noise outside than you should, so that should be adjusted correctly.
The buffet style breakfast was really good and the spa facilities were a nice option to have which we used in the morning. Plenty of free parking, just have to give reception your car reg when checking in.

United KingdomThe only slight niggle was a noisy ventilation pipe outside our window which started very early couldn’t close the window as it was too warm, a fan was kindly provided but this was also noisy. The only other thing was hearing all the glass bottles being emptied at 06.30 in the morning. We do understand though that they do have a business to run and these things need to be done.
The hotel was ideally located as we were going to Trent Bridge, the staff we absolutely lovely and very friendly and the hotel was spotless.
