Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great.
We liked everything about this hotel. The hosts were so friendly and the breakfast both mornings were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. We will definitely back next time we come to stay in Blackpool.

Personal preference but found the double bed mattress a bit hard.
The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Small fridge also which was a bonus. Lovely, welcoming owners who made us a great breakfast. The hotel was quiet and in a good location .

Nothing to dislike
Warm welcome from the owners. Very easy check-in process. Lovely big room (luxury king), nicely decorated and very clean. Massive television, excellent tea and coffee tray. Big walk-in shower with toiletries provided and plenty of fresh white towels. Plentiful, freshly cooked breakfast with toast and tea or coffee. Extras such as cereals, fruit and yogurts are also available. Very short walk to the tram stop to get into the main part of Blackpool, but far enough out to be extremely quiet. Had a nightcap in the bar with very reasonably priced drinks. We're hoping to get back up when the illuminations are on.

We loved everything thank you
We stayed here for 2 nights and I have to say we loved it. The place is clean,tidy,comfortable and homely. The owners Mark and Rebecca are so friendly and caring. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful our kids loved it and didnt want to leave and now we're home they've asked if they can go back tomorrow for breakfast and to stay there again 😀 I asked if some birthday banners could be put up for our sons birthday and the room looked fab they also went the extra mile and got some cupcakes for our sons birthday the best B&B with the best owners. We would just like to say thank you so much we loved it see you again soon xxxxx

Nothing. Couldn't fault it at all.
Everything! This was our second time staying and again it was fantastic. We had a lovely big comfortable family room. Especially loved the fridge in room allowing us to keep snacks/drinks etc of our own. The hosts were lovely and provided us with excellent breakfasts to set us up for the day. The location was ideal to catch a tram into town.

The family room is great, big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, very clean and spacious. Owners were very polite and friendly. The property has private parking. We all enjoyed the breakfast.

Is a little far from the main centre but the tram stop is just around the corner and it’s nice and quiet no stag/hen dos up here
Hosts were lovely and even got out the toys for our little boy. Couldn’t do enough for you and plenty of info. Hotel was lovely and clean spacious rooms and nice breakfast

Hosts very welcoming, Lovely atmosphere, Rooms clean, spacious & light. Breakfast was a 10/10. Hosts very accommodating i spoke with them about arriving late due to plans on the Saturday, that wasn't an issue & Mark checked in with us Saturday evening to make sure we were ok & if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming again, currently arranging a date with my sister in law to bring our nephew. See you soon

There was nothing not to like!
The friendliest welcome we’ve ever received at holiday accommodation. Fantastic facilities and the breakfast was amazing. We now have our ‘go to’ accommodation for Blackpool - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
