The location was central but quiet. The cottage was lovely. Sarah COULD NOT have been more helpful in the days leading up to my visit with advice. Extremely clean.

I stayed at his lovely apartment to attend the British GP and it was the perfect accommodation! The bus stop was within walking distance and it was just a 15min bus ride to Silverstone. The host is super friendly and helpful. She even provided a litter tray and cat litter (I was traveling with my two cats). Thank you very much. We'll come again!

Liked the location, cleanliness, standard of accommodation, and how well equipped it was. What felt like a small double bed wouldn't suit everybody. Only able to park outside accommodation on one occasion but sufficient free overnight parking close by.

Only one slight drawback. It was a bit chilly in the living room area. However, the bedroom was well heated and comfortable.

Very well equipped, attention to detail, thoughtful gifts on arrival . Very dog friendly and welcoming.

Lack of designated parking. We used the Richmond Rd car park as it’s 24hrs free parking but just a bit of a walk in the dark so not ideal.

Lovely property, nicely decorated and the owners left some nice touches for us and the dog. Very thoughtful of them. Comfortable bed. Great location for local amenities including great restaurants and bars. The water meadows is right across the road so perfect for walking the dog. Towcester is also a great location for getting around the wider area as it’s on the A5. You can be in Milton Keynes in 20 mins and Bicester village for shopping in 25 mins.

The accommodation is in the centre of Towcester and is easy access to Milton Keynes and Northampton. The accommodation had everything you need for your stay. It was clean and comfortable. We will book again.

Only downside is that parking is not allocated and on second night there were no spaces. However owner did provide details of parking within 5 min walk.

Parking was very tight but there was free on street parking very close so this wasn't an issue. The kitchen is quite small, which means the table would be quite difficult for two people to eat at but it is great if you want to eat out in Towcester as it is so central.

Very central, beautifully presented with everything you needed and had been decorated recently. Great for going out in the local area and super convenient for going out in the evening. Would visit again.

We were travelling down for a wedding and was perfect for what we wanted for a weekend away. Everything was there that you may need and Sarah was available for any questions if had any. Very clean and homely. So close to town centre and very ideal for us . Parking wasn’t an issue as parked in nearby carpark which is free 24hrs. Will deffo book again if near towcester.

I really don't think anything it was lovely

Bijou and beautiful perfect location, the bed was sooo comfortable the whole place was extremely clean, The host Sarah was so considerate and helpful and when she heard we were visiting Towcester for our daughters wedding she left a fabulous bottle of bubbly in the fridge, a lovely host and a lovely property right in the centre of Towcester with bars and resteraunts right on the doorstep, as our daughter lives near the area we will definitely be looking to book the Barn again !!

Beautifully maintained, and Sarah, the host, was very communicative and friendly. The location is good for the racecourse and the centre of Towcester. The bed was very comfortable, too. I will be back.

What's not to like, everything you could want,cosy and comfy,2 mins walk to high street,lots of bus routes.

Not as big as expected, but was ok for 2 adults and 3 dogs for 4 days. Bin was full of maggots, but to be fair to the vendor they sorted this immediately. Neighbours are a complete nightmare, moaning about parking in their spaces even though it's all on a first come, first served basis. And if you smoke, don't put your cigarette ends in the bin but leave them at the backdoor of the cafe which backs onto the courtyard because that's ok apparently.....

Lovely space which is very comfy overall despite the hot weather. Certainly ideal for a couple and nobody else as the space available is limited. Plenty of amenities close by including a great park/open space which is very rare to see these days

Parking. Owner said first come first served. But it was parking wars. We ended up moving our car as we felt very uncomfortable parking at the property. The owner should be more honest about the parking. It isn't first come first served and the owner has been frequently complained about concerning parking. On the plus side we were told we were the most considerate parkers the property has seen.
