No issues apart from some traffic noise at front of house!

The property was very luxurious, exceptionally clean & located in a prime spot for all Prestwick has to offer. Hot tub was immense. Would certainly recommend!

Everything about the property was fab - decor, location, comfort. If I had to think of one thing - it would be the hot tub was quite difficult to climb into - was quite slippy underfoot.

The location was perfect. The accommodation was decorated to a high standard. The booking agents were very accommodating. They even allowed us to have a later check out.

Advert stated there is car parking, which there is but it’s a public car park round the corner from the property. Curtains were for decor only but the blinds didn’t do much to keep the light out so consider an eye mask. Downstairs shower head wouldn’t stay up and water was difficult to regulate. £300 deposit held on credit card.

Very well presented property with nice decor. Beds extremely comfortable. Great location on the high street in Prestwick so really handy for all the nice bars/restaurants. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Hot tub area was lovely and felt very private, lots of extra towels provided which was much appreciated.

A bath would be good & also the fact there was a cctv camera in the garden when you are going out to use the hot tub & no blinds on the back doors so could easily see into the house which put us off sitting in the living area much

Check-in process is not convenient and takes at least 30 minutes due to deposit requirement before obtaining access code. Needless. Also the kitchen floor requires attention as the laminate is lifting in places making it unsafe. Also the accommodation needs decorating if they want to continue with current price. The kitchen is also short of cutlery. We purchased extra cutlery from a charity shop

we have stayed here before and had a lovely time, we were shocked at how rundown it had become, stains on all the walls and floors, yet a 300 deposit taken! This was not the main issue we used the hot tub twoce for around 20 mins and all four of us ended up with a horrible itchy rash, my husbands was so bad it required antibiotics. We had the doctor and seperate pharmist validate it was caused by thr hot tub. When I called to complain I was told to put it in writing , 8 was then told it was just an allergic reaction to the chlorine and the case was closed not to email bacl !!!!! Absolutely disgusted we still have marks om out body over a month later !!

I didn't like that the dishwasher was full of wet cleaned dishes after the first night looking for dishes. The two chairs in the lounge looked damaged at the chair legs all twisted so we didn't sit on them because they didn't look safe. And no welcome hamper or sweets etc. Seemed like a let down given the pictures looked like you got given a wee welcome gift. So that was a disappointment. Rolls of dust on bedroom floors as well.

I loved the Hot tub, The rooms were lovely and spacious too. I loved the location central for everything.

The fact that we were given the run around by customer service regarding a none functioning hot tub. That glassware was dirty. Broken and loose tiles in garden and CCTV camera in garden that looks in on kitchen as well as garden. The customer service was terrible. I have been waiting weeks for a manager to call me.

The location. The house is lovely (could have been dusted and utensils cleaned properly but that wasn't a massive issue) and if the hot tub was working and customer service helped with coming to a resolution it would have been a different experience.

the only thing we struggled with was the fact that there was no cleaning materials in the kitchen (spray or fairy liquid) so this made cleaning up after cooking quite difficult.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless and really spacious - perfect for a group of friends - the hot tub made it!

The property was a great size and very clean. The garden and hot tub were perfect for our stay. There are plenty of shops nearby and the beach is a 10min walk from the house. We loved staying here and will definitely return. The staff contacted me during my stay to make sure everything was ok. It was easy to contact the staff by telephone and they were very friendly and helpful.

Great location,everything in the house you could need .One small thing and it is small thing I would have liked hooks at the hot tub to hang my towel up.
