Mouldy bath mat - not a huge issue though

Room was HUGE. Bed comfy. Was hot but that was the temperature at the time, we had a fan. Bathroom was huge too, which seemed fab but the bath was so hard to get in/out as it was massive (first world problems!) - there was a bath mat but it was mouldy so we didn't use and just had to clamber out Staff we polite - we had an issue with the carpark and they sorted it. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of the city Overall good place, good stay

A great find - near the city centre with safe paid parking. Room was really clean and bed comfy and we had a nice kitchenette and despite being near a main road, room was quiet..

Only downside is the facilities in the room - we had a room where the bed was upstairs and could’ve had a mirror and a dressing table in the bedroom for getting ready. Felt like there was unused space that can be easily utilised. There was also only one bath towel provided.

Clean, big room, friendly staff, value for money, quality bathroom products, and good location.

The separate toilet from the bathroom was fine but it meant the bathroom was rather small and having a dodgy hip it was rather awkward to get in the over bath shower in such a small space. However as it was only a 1 night stay this didn't really pose too great a problem. Feel a bit mean moaning about it but I would have struggled if I had been staying any longer - to be fair probably more my issue than the hotels!

The staff were super friendly and helpful 👍 Breakfast was very good lots of fresh hot items and a good choice of pancakes and pastries with jams and cereal options too. The room was spacious and very clean. I was very glad of the fan provided in the room as it was such a warm day 👍

The only observation was regarding room 202. There were serious cobwebs from the light fitting to the ceiling and also behind the mock headboard which had a light behind it. So nothing that 5 minutes with a good extending feather duster wouldn’t sort out.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park was really useful. Bed very comfortable. Extras pillows, iron and hair dryer. Tea & coffee making facility in the room. Also although the railway lines were close, we didn’t hear any noise due to the windows being double glazed.

The location wasn't ideal, there were so many road works going on around the area at the time which made it difficult to navigate coming to and from the hotel by taxi and I know this isn't by fault of the hotel itself. I did however feel that based on how much I paid, it would have been better for me to book a hotel closer to Picidily as I had to book a lot of taxis. Again, I can't fault the hotel for this, but it just was not ideal for myself.

The man at reception, Ethan I believe his name was? He was wonderful, so friendly and catering to our needs! The room was clean and looked very freshly refurbished. I like that there was a laundry room on site for guests too!
