The only thing I would suggest is that the loft bar being better advertised for live music because we saw James Huish who was excellent

We had a great stay! A free upgrade to a suite and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great to have a bar and food options onsite. Great location in the centre of the city.

The coffee in the hotel at breakfast was the only aspect that could be improved upon.

The room was quite dark. There was also the constant sound of, what appeared to be, a generator coming from immediately outside the french windows.

Really convenient location. Although the hotel is centrally located and used for functions, it was very quiet. The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom. Very helpful staff.

Amazing location with plenty of entertainment around and inside the venue. The room was very comfortable and clean with a TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time in the loft and the live music bar. This hotel has everything you need in Belfast!

More of a minor inconvenience, but when we called for room service the only food they could bring up to the room was pizza and they had none! Never had something like that happen before. Very disappointed as we skipped dinner thinking we could get room service later. It was the only thing that took away from the experience.

Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful, modern and clean, room was spacious, beds are comfortable. Location was great. Would definitely come back.

Wouldn’t say it’s not something I didn’t like but for something to go forward with, when we asked the staff about buses to the airport on our departure they were not sure of where to direct us

Location of the hotel was brilliant next and not far from many of the towns attractions. Breakfast and rooms were lovely, the shower pressure was unreal!

The loud workmen in the hotel next door! Out of the control of Ten Square Hotel. We were immediately offered a change of room by the lovely friendly apologetic polite staff.

Lovely room, comfy bed, good facilities (tea, coffee, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc). Great heating & air conditioning system.

The work men outside starting work at 7.30 in the morning.

We love coming to ten square. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious.
