We had attic room with tiny windows,and lot of stairs wasn't a problem for us but could be for other less able.

Some things could do with a dust and update but if you're happy with a simple stay like we are then there's no problem Noticed the reviews on here were very over the top with complaining on mess and they don't deserve a bad review.

Both staff were very lovely and welcoming, We were greeted by Sue on arrival she made sure we were happy and she looked after us. Sue puts allot of effort into her work and does a great job. Beach is on your door step Great coffee in the morning Comfy bed Simple stay Great location

Very outdated place, needs a lot of work doing to it. Could be a gold mine if modernised. Cleaning could do with a little more care and attention, but wasn't overly bad.

The smell of Bleach/Dettol or other cleaning agent was a little over powering. If you are in Tenby for a short stay, and don't mind your surrounding a little on the "Imperfect" side, It's the place for you, The pricepoint reflects this. An Important note for visitors not familiar with the parking, firstly, Never park in a residents only space, nor park in a box marked with dotted white lines, anything else is fine and there are also short and long term car parks available very close by. The traffic enforcement crew are very enthusiastic with their tickets, so be warned.

Room was warm, beds were comfortable ( My family slept well ) Breakfast is nice, you have a choice of cereals. fruit juices, toast and Coffee. Full English is the only hot meal available, and it's nice.

Tenby is obviously a pricey place to visit, so I didn't feel I had value for money compared to other locations around Wales I've stayed. The hotel was dated and shabby. It didn't look like a vacuum cleaner had been seen in ages and the nets at the breakfast room window were as stiff as plastic, with cobwebs. The stairs had rails missing so gap filled with what looked like laces and bedroom 3 had a wire trailing under the door, around the landing and down the stairs. Dead plants outside in pots and an old rocking house in entrance should have been a warning sign for what was inside. Even the end of the entrance hallway had old shopping bags and what looked like empty cleaning fluid bottles. Ripped wallpaper, curtain valance off rail, the tiniest tv and huge mirrors with a miss match of furniture and décor along with uncomfortable easy chairs was what I found in my room (No 1) Breakfast well it was edible but everything done on the cheap, including the filter coffee. A real shame as the location is excellent. It just needed a good overhaul with the décor, furniture and a deep clean. Add in some quality products for breakfast and a varied menu, that doesn't all arrive at once, so the toast and coffee goes cold and this could be a good B & B.

The location was good, just a short walk to the promenade on North beach. Comfortable bed and very quiet location too.

Room situated in the gods, the amount of stairs could be an issue for some people, it was too cramped with a window overhang where you could bump into if not careful. For an adult family get away just ok with basic room facilities
