The room was clean and comfortable , nice and quiet, peaceful

I was in room 6 which is 2 flights of stairs up . It is very difficult carrying my suitcase upstairs as I am 79 years old. No bedside table. I didn't see any staff. Luton's one way system makes it difficult to find.

Good quality mattress in the room, nice layout and furniture, high standard of the equipment and bathrooms

Very little soap, could have been cleaner but ok, key lock was difficult to open

Door lock fell inside but thankfully managed to resolve with host

V close to train station and shops. Clean towel in room.. great coms with host

No lift and a bit far from train station about 10-15 minute walk although is easy walk on footpath in suburban area

I had a great experience staying here. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the airport. It really helped make my journey less stressful, especially with an early morning flight. Instead of traveling at night from London, I arrived the evening before and had a much more relaxed start to my trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone with an early flight!

Quiet (except for airplane noise), clean, plenty of toilets, good closet for hanging clothes overnight, good instructions by e-mail after I had booked (no apps necessary); fairly close to airport, small grocery store a five-minute walk away

The lock of the key box was a little difficult to use (I figured it out and got it open, but someone with e.g. rheumatism in hands might have been unable to do so; difficult to get a hold of the lid once the lock itself is open). Noise of airplanes after takeoff (didn't disturb my sleep, but might disturb others, and sounded like planes were right overhead).

Good as usual my go to place to stay if I'm flying early from Luton.

The accommodation is nice, clean, really easy check in. I booked it because it is really close to th airport to catch an early flight - but that meant that I could hear planes all night. I would bring earplugs next time. Overall, a good place.

It was convenient for the airport. You could come and go as you pleased once you had the keys (in key box with code). Beefeater pub nearby.

No TV or tea/coffee facilities but for the price, only to be expected.

Really great place. The entire property is very well looked after and clean. Carpet felt like i was walking on clouds. Better than some shared houses I've lived in previously! Self check in was fine and communication with the owner was great. Looking forward to my next stay here in a couple of weeks.

This is no fault of the owner but some guests in the room next to me arrived quite late at night and woke me up and with the noise from the planes it was hard to get back to sleep, but just one of those things.

Everything was fine. Clean, quiet. I needed to sleep before the flight and was able to do it.

Very poor soundproofing to room. Next door woke me up walking around on noisy floorboards. Could hear others going to bathroom. On flight path so early morning planes woke me up again. Overall a poor nights sleep. Garden needs tidying up as unsightly.

A very nice, clean, tidy place to stay with everything you need! Everything went smoothly when I arrived to get the keys and no stress with checking in. Wi fi password clearly printed and pinned on the notice board.
