Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ThailandI stayed here when I arrived then left my luggage to go to the country and upon my return I was upgraded to a bigger room with wooden floors. I was very happy with this room. The staff were wonderful and helpful with directions and recommendations of trains and places to visit.

ThailandAt first I got a ghastly room but I complained and the manager was most accommodating. I stayed here many times before and forgot to request room with wooden floor so it was my fault. However, I think some rooms should be retired and refurbished as they are looking tired not worthy of the Andrew Brownsword brand of hotels.
I asked for a room with wooden floor and the manager Mr. Ryda Zarhouni kildly moved me to such a room. I like the location as it's near South Kensington and not far from King's Road if you like walking. The street is not busy and quite residential so easy for taxis to park outside the door and load your luggage.

LebanonA full shopping bag was taken from my room, most likely because the cleaning staff threw it away. Hotel management did not follow up despite claiming they would. The breakfast would sometimes have missing items, due to understocking or carelessness. The walls between rooms do not block sound, so you can often hear muffled conversations of other guests, or worse, their alarm clock.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast dishes are good.

Toilet in en suite very low to ground....would be difficult for elderly or disabled people. Needs support rail at least. TV a bit difficult to control.
