The room was quite stuffy, but we were able to open the window. (There is no A/C.) We are used to screened windows so did not like leaving the windows open while sleeping or during the day. The rooms vary in size, so some may find some rooms quite small. Also, some rooms require you to go upstairs. We didn't mind the stairs and there is a small 2-person lift which allows access to most rooms.

We usually stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage when visiting London due to the price and location (near the Swiss Cottage tube station and bus stops). The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. We have not purchased breakfast here. We like the 24 hour desk and the water and glasses available near the front desk.

Getting dated now. Lots of creaks and grones under foot. Adds character but definitely could do with a lick of paint or reduce the prices

Room was very hot however the fans that were already provided in the room helped. Walls are thin so you do hear other guests walking around. Decor slightly dated however none of these things massively affected our stay but may bother some guests more than it did us.

Location was perfect for what we needed which was somewhere with easy travel links to wembley stadium. Just a few stops away on the tube. Right next to a tube station and plenty of food outlets close by too. Room was a great size, as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed for our stay including tea and coffee facilities and shower gel etc. Would definitely stay again for future events we attend in London.

Enjoyed our stay at GWSCH for Wembley Coldplay, close to tube, great for Camden and shops close by, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Would visit again.

It needs serious updating just decor was a little dull and out dating. Also our shower bar wasn’t in right place and u couldn’t be hung up so it had to be held by hand

The location might seem a little further off but it’s super central and the tube station is literally next door. The neighbourhood has a lot to offer and I took a long walk through Hampstead Heath, a very different London experience. Rooms are nice and cosy, staff was very friendly.

We did not have any body wash or hand soap. Cleaning staff must have forgotten these as well as a change of towels. The reception staff went out of their way and gave us some in little cups when we asked for some. I would have preferred a sheet rather than an encased duvet. It was hot.

Our room was smaller than expected, but still comfortable. It would have been nice to have an option for a packed breakfast for early check-out - we left the hotel at 8am on Saturday morning and were unable to take advantage of the breakfast we had paid for.

Well maintained hotel, in a great location - direct transport links to Luton and Stansted airports, as well as Wembley Stadium. A short walk from Primrose Hill with the best views of London City. Breakfast was very good, staff were polite and everywhere in the hotel was clean.

We always stay here if we need a hotel in London. It is right by Swiss Cottage tube, on a nice residential street. You can walk to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill and indeed into town if you wish. It is old fashioned, with a traditional British feel. As a Londoner I love it, from the decor to the breakfast. Because it isn’t high spec it is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I always feel confortable at the Best Western Swiss Cottage. Its location is perfect for my purposes: 2 minutes from the Tube, central yet quiet, plenty of reasonably priced and good standard restaurants in the area. The breakfast is a standard full English breakfast - ample and fresh, if a bit repetitive during a longer stay. The service at the hotel is friendly and effkicient.

Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny, which made it less comfortable than we would have liked. No AC and the hot summer nights were a challenge.

The rooms are very clean and the old worldly charm works.

We had a very comfortable room, much larger and more spacious than we had imagined- this made for a very comfortable stay, which exceeded our expectations. The cleaning staff were also efficient and very friendly.
