Swan View is a lovely spacious apartment set in a stunning location. It was great to be able to walk to all Oulton Broad's attractions, shops and eateries and have free reserved parking. The view from the balcony was stunning and enabled you to freely watch all the village comings and goings and soak up the lively local atmosphere. The apartment facilities were first class and the king size beds exceptionally comfortable. We strongly recommend and hope to return soon.

A bit of noise from the close by pubs on a Friday and Saturday but we were aware of this and the shutters once closed provided a peaceful sleep.

This is a superb apartment overlooking the Norfolk Broads and surrounding park. Lots of great pubs and eating places close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and provided us with the perfect base for visiting our family in Lowestoft. The apartment had everything we needed for our seven night stay and the views were lovely. Couldn’t fault anything

If the balcony has glass walls instead of brick walls you’d get the view whilst sat down, as it is you have to stand to take it all in. Only a minor negative.

The location is amazing, walk out onto the balcony and the river is so close, the boats, the wildlife, they’re right there. There’s a range of food & drink inc. coffee shops all within a few metres plus a lovely park. The property itself is spacious with 2 private parking spaces and everything feels modern

Noisy pub across the road on Friday & Saturday nights into the early hours

Could be a little noisy at times but generally not too bad, it’s was a bank holiday so probably busier/noisier in the evening. Windows have shutters which helped

The balcony was a suntrap and a bit too hot on occasion to sit out on during the day. A bit of shade (umbrella) would have been welcome.

An excellent location. Lots of things to do and see for all ages and interests. The balcony is a real suntrap , perfect for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine in the evening.

On the first night it was very noisy as there is a music venue opposite but.

Such a tiny thing but it would have been nice to have been able to sit in a comfy sun chair on the balcony. We were there in April and the weather was very good for the time of year. In summer maybe an umbrella but maybe this is something that you provide then anyway. It didn't detract from our stay at all

For anybody who is looking to stay in a fantastic location with everything at your feet. Then Swan View is an excellent choice. I used to live in Lowestoft before moving abroad. I’ve been back for holidays many times but honestly nothing was as good as Swan View. Yes I will use again and again star rating 10/10. Beautiful Modern Apartment, very clean and fresh. Equipped with all of your home comforts. These hosts have thought of everything. Excellent communication throughout. Lovely welcome pack.
