Probably more a criticism of booking.com than the property but I wish I'd known about having to request a parking pass before I got there. Parking on street is doable but it can be a bit challenging.

Great value for money, and location. Friendly and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness, bathroom is shared but it was spotless. Room was big. Quiet at night and I barely noticed anyone else was there. Nice little supply of tea, coffee, etc

Hey Hannah! :). This didn't affect me at all but just a note on the automatic door closers on the rooms. Understand that they're fire doors though If they were adjusted to not close so quickly or if there's a way to introduce some softening or sound dampening on closure. I can see how the door slams by unaware guests could create unnecessary noise if they let the door close too quickly. As I say, it didn't affect me and I always closed the room door gently but just a thought! 😊

I loved the ease of checking in! The instructions for the self-servicing was really helpful. I stayed in Room 8 on the top floor and it was really comfortable.

I was travelling for a work trip and this place was exactly what I needed. It was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the en suite shower was hot, and the room was well-equipped. Good value.

Sometimes the toilet didn't flush well, so my rating is 9 out of 10. But everything else was great, I enjoyed the accommodation.

As it was self-check-in, initially it was quite a task to figure out the code for opening the lock as it was provided in the mail which was sent at the time of payment of booking property. I suggest to send the code again by mail on the day of the Check-in for convenience. Not many options for food nearby as only Chinese takeaway round the corner.

The location is good, and bus stop for the city bus is very near to the property so commuting to the city center was good. Also there is small private Garden outside house with chairs ,which was very cosy.

There wasn't much power from the water in the shower, also temperature was hard to regulate but it did the job, so no real issue!

the bed was good but a little bit too soft for my taste. The water pressure in the shower was a little too low (but good enough to clean yourself)
