The owners were very welcoming, and couldnt do enough for us.the hotel was lovely and clean our room was spotless and the bathroom was really nice.the breakfast was brilliant.would definately recommend

Fantastic place. Couldn’t fault a single thing. The hosts are fabulous and very genuine people. Breakfast was delicious (I highly recommend the mushroom omelette), the place is clean and spacious, with access to the downstairs lounge, where you can chill, read a book or have a take away. Not to forget Ted the dog who was the highlight of our stay. Thank you for a great few days!

The property is conveniently located at the heart of Newquay town. Limited parking on site but there is a long stay car park a couple hundred yards away. Karen and Andy were very welcoming and the breakfast was delightful. They had a very friendly dog called Teddy! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Karen and Andy were so friendly (and the beautiful dog!) An extremely tidy and clean property from the top to bottom. We stayed in the highest room which had a beautiful view and the bed was very comfy. Felt very homely and welcoming. Gorgeous breakfast (amazing poached eggs!!!!) and lots of options. Beautiful, original art work for sale on the walls - we purchased one as a little souvenir.

Great location, few minutes away from train station, buses and beaches. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice which set us up for the day.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Summer Breeze. Karen and Andy are fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to everything we needed. The room was spotless clean with towels provided and the breakfast which is made to order was delicious!

A little noisy if you have a road facing room, however as soon as you close the window - you don't hear anything so this didn't impact us.

The location was excellent. A few mins walk from the station. The owners & hosts were so super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The lounge, dining room and garden was lovely and a great place for us to chill out in the evenings and watch films, play games etc. The location was amazing as we could walk straight into Newquay and onto the beach which literally look a few minutes. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and walking was easy from there. The whole B&B was spotless and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of hot water in the showers. We will return!
