The property was very clean and had extra toys available which our kiddies enjoyed! There is parking just outside the van and our children loved seeing the ducks in the morning on the lake. It is very close to all the facilities which is very helpful, but still quiet in the van.

Great location, very good communication with the managers, exceptionally clean and spacious, with lake view and swimming pool/ sauna facilities and shop on site.

The only downside is that the restaurant at Hoburne was extremely slow. We sat down at 11:40am for lunch and was told that kitchen only opened at 12pm. After ordering at 12pm, our food only came at 12:45pm so we’ve been sat for more than an hour!

The caravan was very conveniently located, very near the reception. It was very clean and well stocked. Big thanks to the hosts for the welcome gifts and clear information. The main Hoburne facilities were excellent - indoor swimming pool was the highlight, and the kids loved the indoor soft play, Easter egg hunt, basket making, crazy golf and lots more. Hoburne was also a good base for us as we explored nearby attractions like Cotswold Water Park, Cirencester, Bibury and Burton on the Water.

Opening times for leisure facilities start at 9am but the shop keep said the summer period is earlier

Amenities were fantastic. Home is excellently positioned next to leisure facilities including newly refurbished leisure pool, soft play and restaurant. The home was absolutely immaculate with everything you could need with the family. We also had a dog which they accommodated without any trouble !

Nothing, everything was great!

Lovely, very clean, modern caravan with lots of storage for clothes & shoes. Very welcoming hosts with a card and gifts, and great communication. Location is brilliant, right next to the facilities and lake. Facilities are great, my kids loved the pool - so much so we went everyday. Close (20-40 mins drive) to beautiful Cotswold villages and attractions, the kids loved visiting Crocodiles of the World. Brilliant stay, thank you!

Not many sockets for charging things. But that’s trivial.

Very clean and tidy. Owners had gone the extra mile with nice touches. Such as Xmas decorations etc. Also everything was provided from towels to coffee tea, even salt and pepper. Beds were comfy and nice touch of Xmas bedding. All in all you could not fault it. i would definitely return and recommend.

Wow!! The cleanest caravan we’ve ever stayed at! Amazing host, so many little touches to make it feel like home from home, great communication, perfect location on site. We absolutely loved our weekend and just wish we’d of booked longer but are already looking to book for next year!

The main bedroom could do with a king size bed - it has the space to fit one it.

Fabulous property. Very clean tidy and presentable. Towels provided as well as other things needed to keep the property clean. Bottle of wine and welcome note on arrival - magical touch. Also jar with cookies in the kitchen.

The caravan was spotless and very well equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect next to a lake and just over the road from club facilities, pools, shop, etc. The site is fantastic for children, parks, play areas, indoor/outdoor pool. We also took advantage of the adult only pool time at 9am and enjoyed the steam room, sauna and swim. The caravan and site is so dog friendly and safe. Communication with the hosts was brilliant and we look forward to booking again.

The only thing I could moan about is the weather.

The property was beautiful, warm, comfortable and very accommodating. Parking right outside, right opposite the reception and shop.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the steam room were closed during the winter months and we had to find another indoor water park nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here; the place was warm, cosy and well-equipped! The shower was great and the additional toilet was a bonus for us with a young child. The owner made it even more special and really festive by decorating the whole place with Christmas decorations, the bed sheets and even the front rug were all Christmas theme - we all loved it!
