Quick response by the owner who ensured a smooth checkin to the building. The lift allowed easy transfer to the 5th floor where the room was. Clean room with big window. The shared bathroom was clean.

Nothing, it was great! For info only - this stay appears to be in the flat of the hosts, or could have other guests staying at the same time in other rooms. This was not an issue for us at all as we never came into contact with other people or the hosts and there was no noise that kept us awake, but for some people this may not be suitable :).

We travelled for a concert at Wembley, this stay was a great location for this. We were upgraded to a room with an ensuite bathroom the day before the stay which was great. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and the hosts provided excellent check in instructions. We stayed during the very hot weather and a fan was kindly provided which was much appreciated.

I didn't realise there is a train line right behind the building, so it was quite noisy till very late. Also someone was cooking next door and smelled quite strong also till very late which was rather unpleasant. Other than that, everything was great.

There were leftover crisps in the draw from previous guest. I'm not 100% sure if my sheets got changed as there was still hairs in the bed. One side lamp did not work.

Self check-in and buzzer wasn't answered on first try, although phone call was answered and door opened quickly.

Really soft sheets and comfy bed, clean bedroom nicely decorated. Good water pressure in the shower. Detailed self check-in info sent.

There is no hair dryer, and a TV would be nice.

I like location also staff i haven't seen them but they help me on the phone during my check'in Also, the room is comfortable with a complimentary cafe and tea was nice.

There was no parking on site. Luckily we found street parking.

It's a room in a flat, the described communal area wasn't actually available. I thought I might see someone on arrival but never did.

The coffee supply was limited, and despite check-in starting at 3pm, no parking was available between 3-4pm, not even paid parking. Also, the bathtub had no shower curtain, making me take extra caution to avoid spills and slips.

everything about it, the view from 5th floor was breathtaking. the host exceptionally kind, comfort in the room, the cleanliness, the security, the price was good as well for midweek. guys I recommend it to try it out. the peace and quiet

Probably slightly on the high side price wise, but when everything is just what you need and there are no issues with the booking you can’t really complain

The was no TV set but WiFi connection was brilliant.

The apartment was outside Central London but the train connections were very good and the apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the station. The building had security measures in place. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. I even got the tea sachets I like. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner.
