Very noisy ground floor room, staff entering and exiting a service door at 6am....not a peaceful experience. Wouldn't stay again

The bathroom is extremely small, with insufficient space between the lavatory pan and the wall to sit on the toilet without knees against the wall for anyone over 6 feet (1.83m). Squeezing past the lavatory pan when entering/leaving the shower is somewhat difficult. There is a fold-out chair in the wardrobe, but nowhere in the apartment to actually deploy it. There is no work/eating table or shelf. I am quite used to small apartments, and this apartment is, or is close to the smallest I have stayed in. That it works at all shows that a lot of thought has gon into the design of the apartment.

An extremely small room with a comfortable bed and windows that could be opened. Sink, fridge, microwave and crockery are concealed within the wardrobe. Plenty of drawer space, but limited hanging space, (probably o.k. for one or two days. Bed is accessible from one side only and there is no bedside table/cabinet. Sufficient power points throughout. Good shower.

The rooms can be quite hot and airless in the summer with only a fan provided.

The location is a big plus-major transport links, walking distance to The West End, Regents Park, London Zoo, Camden Markets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well appointed and laundry facilities are available. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Theo and”Ice”. Nothing was too much trouble and it made repeat guests such as myself feel valued. I look forward to returning again soon.

Room is very cramped. In summer, as was the case with us, too hot.

Perfect location if you arrive/depart from Euston, and access to the tube at Warren Street.

It was hard carrying our cases up 4 flights of stairs but honestly grateful for the early check in!!

So friendly and allowed us to check in early - a gift after a 30 hour flight from NZ!

Door didn't lock. The bolt was broken so it didn't lock on either side. When I realized, it was too late as the desk was closed, so I managed. It didn't seem nefarious just overlooked.

The room didn't really suit a couple. It was very bijoux and we had to play human Tetris in order to move around. The bathroom although very clean and newly decorated had a toilet that you simply couldn't sit on comfortably without your knees touching the wall.

The location and access was really good. It did have everything you needed and was VERY compact.

No change of towels and cleaning of the room. We stayed 4 nights (5 days). We were on the underground floor and we could hear the subway. We were ok with it, but if someone is sensitive to noise, this could be a problem

You can hear the trains, which are quite regular. Also, the shaggy carpet on the stairs and hallways are stained and very worn, giving the impression the place is unclean. A different, more hard-wearing carpet would make all the difference.

The location is great and there was everything we needed in the studio accommodation.

The only major downfall for me was the size of the bathroom, my knees touched the wall when sitting on the loo and also there didn't seem to he any temp control for the shower so it was scalding hot. The whole place could do with a makeover as it's tired and dated, however this did not bother me as it was excellent value for money and clean.

Brilliant location and great value for money. Really friendly staff upon arrival.

No air con. It was really hot and stuffy, and the fan provided seemed to do not much more than circulate hot air.

We arrived early, but were still allowed to check in. Very useful. The FOH / reception were extremely accommodating and offered a selection of rooms available.

Room had an issue with ants. They were all over the floor, walls, window sill and on the bed.

Bed was comfortable. Fan was provided.

Great location and value for money. Self catering, had all you need and it was a cosy studio set up.
