It was not in very good condition. The rooms are dated and the outside looks like it could do with a real injection of ££’s to improve the appearance & the rooms are sort of clean but not properly fully clean. It’s old and dated and feels like it could do with a really good deep clean to get it to standard.

The location was excellent & the checking in process was quick and efficient & could not have been better (but I had my photo ID - it would have been a different story if I had not got it with me (as witnessed several guests struggling

Decor very dated and furniture in bedrooms could do with being painted. People obviously been smoking in the rooms as there fag burns on the work surfaces in the bedroom. Windows in bedrooms need replacing with double glazed ones. You can hear every noise from the outside. Certain bedrooms overlooking the rear of the hotel car park very poor view and used by local drug dealers and homeless. Rubbish all over the place and large wheelie bins , not a lovely view from my room

    Very close to town centre.

Very old building, eating looks like in early 80s,, in my room there was no chair but there was a table my bathroom door was damaged, air condition was controlled by the reception not by guest, gives you lots of cold air which I like it but not everyone might like it and to change it you need to go down to the reception for turning off because in the room there is no phone, so that's also weird thing and also all equipment to this looks very old. There was only one night table and one tea cup but there was a two tea plates, and two teaspoons like someone will just came and just took it off one of the cup, looks weird for this money I've been in better places, hopefully I will never be forced to come back here I stay here only for night waiting for my flight next day early morning and even that was a weekend night for this condition the price was too high for my point of view. And there was no night lamp. In conclusion if you have no other option to stay especially if you coming for short visit to Luton okay take this one but if you have other options don't come here you're not going to be satisfied.

Quite close from train station it's about 15 minutes of walking

very little tv channels in the room and although i stayed 10 weeks in the most busy period i didn't notice any young people so i was a little lonely !!!!!! and just one window opens a little and u are not going to get any privacy here lots of hidden cameras but i don't mind !!!! and lots of people will spy your internet usage but i also don't mind !!!!! i also didn't like the price because this hotel isn't modern The price should be half yes i will get half the price in much more modern accommodation with many things on offer next week !!!!!!

i just like that i was able to use their big screen tv in the lounge 24/7 and the couch was comfortable with a small fridge useful

Very 70s building and facilities, shabby and quite dismal in every way, old decor, old beds but cleaned and maintained.

Very cheap and absolutely ok for a short stay but very run down.

2 double was was supposed to be given but instead they gave 1 double and 2 single beds. The single beds were not as comfortable. Although the room was clean but maybe because it is old building, we encountered a few small insects and spiders. With a baby, it because a little worrying. I don't understand why hotel's don't put a slipper in the toilet. Also, Initially when we entered 1st floor, we did smell weed but later they had sprayed scents.

Decent Price, good friendly staff. The room size was very good for us as we got 4 beds for 2 adults and 1 baby for the same price. Hotel offered Parking (£15 per day) but as it was weekend, we found cheaper parking on street. The double bed was nice and comfy. Bury Park (lots of shops) was close waking distance.

Tired decor, everything needs to be refreshed. Not important to me, but could be to others

Bed was clean, shower worked, furniture was old and worn. Traffic sound from street was loud (this is Luton, near the airport, and by 0600 AM the town is awake). Air conditioning unit was old, and while working made a whistling noise. Property is as expected at this price range, and designed for people who only need to stay 1 night, and who only demand clean sheets.
