Exceptional service from the Inn people with a great concentration on customer satisfaction. Food was superb. We ate on both nights of staying and simply cannot fault the wonderful dishes we chose - king prawn linguine, soup of the day, the pretzel Aberdeen Angus burger and the beef and ale casserole pie.

Breakfast was only for 1 hr (8-9am) Better be there or you go w/out. Room was small, bathroom was very small. Sit on the toilet and your leg hits the radiator. Keep that radiator off or you will burn your leg. From check in to check out no one seemed to know what was going on. No one gave us any info when we checked in. We had bought bkfst with our room and didn't know where to got for that. Someone had to find someone who had to find someone to tell us. Bkfst was good but don't bring the toast out 30 minutes before the bkfst.

    Quirkiness of property. Breakfast

Just the temperature was a little bit too high.

I will be quick, there is not much to say. The hotel and the room are almost as charming as the people working there. The restaurant was really good.

Pricy (to us)....but, seems to be the way of it on the west coast/Lochaber these days 😕

Nice and clean. Good room. Good food. Nice setting. Popular with visitors and locals, by looks of it. Enjoyed sitting in sun, taking in the views of the Grey Corries, while enjoying a 🍺

The bedroom was slightly cool. However, there was a space heater and an extra blanket available.

The hotel was very clean with all the basic amenities in quite a modern setting. There was refreshing freedom from unnecessary clutter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. THe size of the portions in the restaurant were excellent - not too much.

The walls were very thin and we could hear people in other rooms on our floor and upstairs. And although our door was locked, every time someone opened or close a door on our floor the door would rattle.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and check in went very smoothly. We had dinner at the inn, and they had a lot of options and everything was delicious.

We appreciate that it is an old building but we could hear people walking around in the room above us (very creaky) and were woken in the morning by voices and children crying.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were catered for and happy.

The only thing wrong was that the room was quite dark and we were unable to put the two lamps on as there appeared to be no electric to them. However, the bedside lamps worked but not enough to light the darker parts of the room.

The friendliness of staff. The standard and size of the room with comfy chairs too. Absolutely beautifully clean.
