Lovely clean property and it had an excellent location. Paula our host was really nice, friendly & really helpful. Breakfast was superb & plenty of choice. En suite bathroom was excellent and very large. Plenty of hot water and shower was superb. Bed was really comfortable and towels were quality.

The kettle in the room was a bit fiddly to connect. Would have been better to have a kettle with a base plate.

Paula was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size with a large on suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Paula also safely stored our bicycles for us during our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereal and a cooked breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we are in the area.

The now common place 10:00 am check out is difficult for me. I work late into the evening so my body clock doesn't like early mornings. I always find an earlier check out hard to make!

I really liked the large towels available! They were fluffy too! The bed was comfortable. The shower is super with plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were delicious. Paula couldn't do enough for us.

Our host was exceptionally friendly and eager to help. Due to me having to go out early it was necessary for me and my wife to have breakfast at different times. This was happily accommodated plus my food intolerances were readily catered for. I thoroughly recommend and my wife and I intend to stay again.

Great location close to cafes and pubs and short walk to the beach. Got free parking right outside. Although on a main road - it was not noisy. Breakfast and hospitality was excellent. Would stay again.

The owner gave us a lovely warm welcome; the room was very comfortable and cosy with lots of attention to detail, the bathroom spacious had a very efficient shower, the breakfasts were superb.

Paula is a great host and runs a wonderful little bed and breakfast in the heart of Cullen. Although this was a business trip everything was perfect and I would not hesitate to come again with family. Paula was very friendly and always on hand to help out. Breakfast was ideal with plenty choice. First class!!

Having to leave :(

The room was so cosy and clean with a bed that was so comfy I found it hard to leave. Paula is an exceptional host and offered a fry up every morning that was delicious and gave me loads of local advice for when walking to the main spots. I travelled solo and couldn't have felt more comfortable and at home. The B&B is right next to the square and a 2 minute walk from everything (bus stop, beach, pubs and restaurants)

Nothing - we could fault anything - everything was excellent

Excellent location on the high street next to shops and 2 min walk from the harbour and beach. Cosy comfortable spacious room with view of the viaduct. Room had everything we needed with tea, coffee water and the huge private bathroom had lovely toiletries. We had a dog friendly room which was perfect for our needs. Host Paula was so friendly and accommodating, chatty and welcoming - the breakfast each morning was delicious with high standard of products well cooked.

Nothing to dislike!

Our host, Paula, was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The downstairs lounge was available in the evening which made it a true B&B. Road parking in front was not a problem. Breakfast was exceptional.

It did not affect us at all, but if someone is not very mobile they should be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms in this traditional house are quite steep. Paula is ready to help with bags if needed.

Very comfortable and clean, well appointed and tasteful. Paula was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfasts were excellent. We loved our stay.
