It was hot…. The room was in the sun when I arrived and even though the curtains were drawn, the room was boiling. I opened the windows and went out, but still had a sticky nights sleep

Norwich is an awesome place. The room was large and the effort put into prepping the room was high. I felt really valued and looked after here

. The room was a little mismatched, two different light shades in the room, an extra unnecessary wardrobe half blocking the art on the wall . Breakfast was awful 😞, was expecting a full English but was Indian influenced of poor quality although vegetarian sausages were nice( the baked beans were the worst I've ever had) so was expecting a little more from the continental breakfast but that was also disappointing, so basic! Granola bar was the best thing on offer. Also confusion with included in cost or not as heard others having similar issues

.The room was checked every day, bed made up/ change towels/ hot drink sachets replaced. . Clean bathroom with amazingly easy to use shower providing hot water. . There was a small fan in the room which I needed so I was happy about that. . Good location, not far from the train station and a good Indian takeaway and Greek cafe opposite which I used both . An easy access light to use in bed was useful

Room excellent. Some confusion on the breakfast option when booking but its ok. Looked after my case on my departure day and helpful when required. Its only 5 min walk from rail station and nice bar/ restro nearby.

Nice hotel five minutes from the train station. The private bathroom was good size and has a great shower. The room was a little small but comfortable.

My only criticism is the shower wasn’t working and there were no other facilities to have one.

Absolutely nothing bad to report

Extremely convenient location, a few minutes walk from the train station. Safe and clean with friendly staff. I must say I wasn’t expecting much, just needed a place to spend the night but it was much better than I expected. Very clean, spacious, coffee and tea in the room.

Just the stain at top of the toilet where water flushes. It was a dark thing that was off putting like poo was not cleaned properly. Otherwise you rooms are quite clean.

Clean bedding, clean bathroom although the toilet had a stain in the rim something left there.. clean mugs and tea things. I loves your place.

Poor parking, but there is a pay as you go car park at the end of the street which isn’t too expensive. Not much immediately around you location wise,so the room it is.

The room was great. Spacious, very clean. Great bathroom too. Two beds to choose from loads of pillows. Fresh orange cartons as well as the normal coffee and tea. Friendly staff.
