    Nothing particular

Beautiful looking from the drive. We liked the walk around the grounds with our dog. The bathroom was very nice. The food was well prepared and good to eat. The dog was catered for with treats and bowls in the room and in the dining area with a sausage for breakfast. We stayed only one night to break up our journey.

Poor quality lumpy beds. Had to rotate the bed and make it properly to make it comfortable. Dust on many surfaces.

Nice location. Good sized room. Excellent restaurant.

Wedding party had priority . In restaurant we waited 45 minutes for our starters. At breakfast we were forgotten and waited another 30 minutes before our order was taken

Large hotel with the usual wedding facilities. Dog friendly

The food didn't dissapoint but should have included vegetables.

A very well managed hotel. Exceptionally good service. Stunning building and grounds. With good views of the gardens from the terrace. The wine list was adequate and food prepared and cooked with skill. Though vegetables were extra. We asked for a quiet room on the ground floor and we were delighted to be overlooking the garden. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Even though I always book the same type of room, the size of the room always varies. Some of the smaller rooms feel like a downgrade.

Stone Manor is a regular stay for either myself or with my husband. I love everything about staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. Room service is prompt and the staff are always friendly and professional. It offers free parking. The surrounding grounds are beautiful.

The only thing was our shower leaked from the bottom so we had less pressure. It was noted by the receptionist. Also, there was also a funny smell when we first arrived but went eventually. I found the staff very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous time. The hotel is surrounded with acres of land, it was glorious. The decor was grand and I loved the Tudor style building. The breakfast was filling, the bed was lush, the maze garden was fabulous, great selection of teas and coffee, about 4 mirrors in the room and lots of plug holes. We bumped into 3 brides so it's definitely an ideal wedding venue.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and so I could very clearly hear the people in the room next to me at times, but I know this isn’t always something that can be helped!

My room was stunning, spotless, cosy and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The building itself is gorgeous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Had a lovely salad from the room service menu.

When we checked in at 2:20 in the afternoon the receptionist told us our room was ready but we can’t have it until 3 pm unless we pay £10. I thought this was ridiculous. Our room was quite difficult to get to up and downstairs as it is one of the furthest away.

    Lovely breakfast..perfect location

It was so welcoming and comfortable. The staff were really kind and helpful. Our room had everything we needed and was very quiet and tranquil with beautiful trees just outside the window. The grounds are really well kept and great.to walk in and the surrounding Worcestershire countryside is lovely. We have stayed before and we will certainly stay again.

    Nothing

Very comfortable and very well presented. We stayed there whilst there was a wedding taking place and we never heard a sound. The hotel is obviously very well set up to manage functions and leisure guests at the same time.

We were in a room next to a bridal party who were getting ready from 6am with people in and out of the room so with the door noise, excitement and music it was an early wake up for us. A shame as everything else great

Room was lovely, very comfortable, grounds were lovely, dinner and breakfast was excellent.

I have no gripes, it lived up to my expectations and I will visit again. When working in sales and marketing roles I travelled extensively in the UK and Europe and did find one or two gems like this which I used whenever possible, Hogarths' also has several small and large meeting rooms for business or meals which I would recommend as being of superb ambient setting for business or social events.

food was good, well presented and served in comfortable dining setting. Accommodation, rooms very comfortable with as promised garden views. the hotel setting and grounds are well laid out and give a really restful air and yet staff are very attentive and pleasant.

No lift. We are an 80 year old couple. Loved our stay. Sadly not warned about the multiple stairs. Our lovely room was on the top floor. A bit of a problem.

    Beautiful setting.
