We were up in Shrawlet for a wedding. The cottage is in a lovely peaceful spot. Perfect for a weekend stay. Just three minutes from a great pub, too. Rooms spotless, facilities well thought out and everything we needed to hand. Delicious breakfast delivered to our door and super friendly staff. Delighted with our stay.

    Nothing to dislike

Everything from the accommodation to the outside fenced off area for the dog. The breakfasts were the best we’ve had.

Nothing bad to say - the property and hosts exceeded our expectations.

Gorgeous accommodation, immaculately clean and beautiful views. Perfectly located to attend a wedding at Curradine Barns. Lovely warm welcome and breakfast was brought to the door at the exact time we ordered it for. Highly recommend this gem of a B&B!

Beautifully presented property throughout, we particularly enjoyed the outside seating and space. Perfect place to stay as we were attending a wedding at Curradine Barns, only minutes down the road. We were met on arrival, had any questions answered and was even offered a lift to the wedding later that day. The place was clean and tidy, breakfast was offered however not required. Fresh milk and juice in the fridge and tea/coffee/cereal in the kitchen. Would recommended and would stay again. Thank you.

The breakfast was very tasty. Lovely fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge, along with cereal options. Lovely views of the fields. We got to see some very big fancy tractors at work. Fantastic location for a visit to Witley Court. Also some great local food options available for evening meals.

The location isn’t ideal for a walk starting at the cottage as the main road doesn’t have a path for a little minute but only a little way down the road is a lovely park and village to wander around with restaurants and pubs.

Great contained little home with all the amenities you’d need with a fantastic view! Comfy bed, hot shower, kettle with delicious coffee. What more could you want. Oh and the full breakfast was a proper treat!

    Nothing.

Everything was lovely. We were brought our breakfast on time in a beautiful wicker basket - poached eggs on toast with extra toast and a variety of preserves. Everyone was so helpful and we they even offered to drop us off at the local wedding we were attending.

I can only suggest a lamp for the lounge, to enable softer lighting at night (we used one from the bedroom)

An immaculate, cosy, and comfortable cottage, in a peaceful, picturesque area. Close to a beautiful walk in Shrawley woods and a cosy pub on the corner, that had a roaring fire and served great hot/cold drinks and beers and have such comfy seating. On the evening, it was lovely to light the fire and sit back and relax. You can't hear a thing. So relaxing! Bed was so comfy - probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept in a on break away! Breakfast was beautiful on the morning. We will be back next year!

Only slight comment, the TV wouldn’t come on

Everything, it felt brand new and modern but rustic, right in the heart of the country but great location for the wedding we went to. The owner was so helpful

There wasn't anything we didn't like! My only comment would be that a couple of pans in the kitchen would be ideal - we were able to make it work for the one evening, but everything else in there was really well set up for cooking dinner etc, except maybe for the absence of pans. Understandably, it is run as a bed and breakfast, but would be great for making dinner. But that is the only suggestion - everything else was perfect!

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it. It is such a beautiful cottage in a lovely setting. The beautiful woods nearby were the perfect spot to walk the dogs too. We loved relaxing in front of the log burner, drinking mulled wine and eating mince pies. Perfect evening! The bed was really comfortable and breakfast in the morning was wonderful - delivered hot and exactly as we'd requested. The extra basket with toast etc was perfect too. Thank you - we will definitely be back!
