Tony and Suzanne were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond all expectations. The morning breakfast was restaurant quality. The facilities were clean and tidy. Tony very kindly printed directions for us for our ongoing travel. Would recommend this place to anyone.

There was nothing really - the bed may be small for very tall people - but it is minor. The hosts take pride in what they serve to you.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly. The layout of the room was well designed and the fact that you had a sitting dining room was a bonus. A good range of tea to refresh yourself. The TV worked unlike most hotels these days. The systems of booking breakfast for the next morning were excellent and the hosts allowed us to dine if we had ordered a takeaway. Great shower too. We were walking distance from the sea front at Penrhyn Bay - not too far. There was plenty of parking space too. The breakfast was freshly cooked and substantial - we only needed a light lunch later that day. There was a nice garden to sit in and drink a glass if you wished.

Private and comfortable space, very clean and neat. Really appreciated the separate bedroom and living-dining areas. Sue and John were lovely hosts and couldn't have been more engaging and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Tony & Suzanne where lovely hosts, from meeting Tony when we first arrived and he showed us around and made us feel at home. Firstly the array of tea coffee and hot chocolates available in our room where quality, as well as the fresh milk in the fridge. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in resulted in two lovely nights sleep. The open powerful shower was amazing too. Spotlessly clean all over. And we enjoyed the (have as much as you want breakfast) was delicious. Thank you Tony. We would most definitely recommend this lovely home from home place to stay. Batteries fully recharged.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

We spent four nights here to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. An incredibly comfortable bed, plenty of space, impeccably clean and all the Sky channels if you want them. An open shower in the huge bathroom was a lovely added touch. The location was perfect. Access to a beautiful garden if required, blissfully quiet and the area had six totally different types of pubs within easy walking distance (we tried them all). The breakfasts were exceptional, with a vast amount of choice. East facing, so you get the benefit of the sun at breakfast and then in the evening. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Only 5 minutes walk to a small shopping centre with some really good takeaways. A ten minute walk to Penrhyn Bay beach - then a short walk up Little Orme to see the seals. 20 minute walk to Llandudno beach, then another 15 into town (just 5 minutes in the car). Rhos on Sea (sandy beach) just a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction, then another 10 minutes to Colwyn Bay (or once again 5 minutes by car). Conwy, Bangor, Ynys Mon and Rhyl all drivable within 30 minutes. Ideal whether you prefer walking or driving. Quite simply, the best place I've stayed at in over 45 years of travelling. Would rate it as an 11 if we could.

Suite of rooms, not just a bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Private off road parking, private entrance. Best breakfast ever experienced in 40 years. Attentive but not intrusive hosts. Very reasonable pricing. Lots of homely touches, such as fridge with fresh milk, complimentary toiletries in wet room.
