Good for the price. Basic accommodation, good instructions. Ok for an overnight stay.

The title of the stay should be amended as it wasn’t a inn it was a house with shared accommodation and having your own private rooms etc (however this was not an issue) Looked a little bit out dated it may just need a little revamp or deep clean to keep up to standard, but like I say i wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel just something basic and doable just for the short night stay Overall no complaints on my side I would come here again :)

Owner was pleasant if had concerns easily approachable etc Area was quiet fine to leave car there outside property It met the basics and what you pay is what you get, it was reasonable, just for a head on the pillow with a comfy bed Toilet facilities and shower was ok Not a bad walk going up to the Trafford centre and also a nice pub from the corner the Rock House Complimentary tea and coffee also provided and continental breakfast on side

The floor needed hoovered. There was not much space in the room. The bed was noisy when turning.

The bed was comfortable. Checking in was easy. We had kettle, toaster and fridge in the room and on the landing there was a larger fridge with butter and milk.

Room was very small, limited room to get ready. Fridge was dirty, light switch in bedroom was grubby, as was the window sill. . Coffee/tea stains on the wall

We stayed out most of the day/night, so only slept in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was good

I was not sure about the location as I am new to the city as a tourist but once I got into the property I was okay.

Value for money, fast response from the property owner, you get what you paid for. I was on a budget and it suited me for a quick night stay. Didn’t expected toiletries supplied in the washroom and also there is cereal option available with fruits which is good.

I didn’t have breakfast but a bottle of water it was all ready when I got up I loved it. I’m very picky when I stop at places to see if it clean I’m not going to lie I do inspect my room I sleep in and I couldn’t find any thing not a single dust particle or a colweb I can tell the host take great pride and great care of the service they offer in the establishment.i will definitely recommend this to friends family and other who ask me thank you for a amazing stay

Quiet location, neat and tidy room with nice smart TV, toaster, kettle and microwave and I appreciated the complementary bread, butter and cereals on offer as well as bottles of water. Will be staying again next month

The stairs were quite steep.

The bed was so comfy and the host thought of our every need in advance. There is a bus stop connection to Trafford Centre close by. Fresh fruit, milk, cereal and toast was available all the time. Nice hot shower.
