Room was quite small, but ok for me. Very secure premises. There was no owner/staff to ask for information about the area and what is accessable at the property. Another long term visitor was a great help, even carrying my case up the stairs!

It would have been handy to have access to a sink in the breakfast room. We would have liked a few more snack options. We would have appreciated if the tea was in individual packets (just for our comfort level!)

This was a great location. It’s super close to the train station, the high street, and buses. Codes for the main door and bedroom worked well and were easy for lots of ins and outs. Cute communal breakfast room with snacks. Our room had a nice view over the back garden.

The bedroom was a good size, with 3 single beds. The only downfall was the ensuite, which was very small. Not suitable for larger people in room 4. Don't know if there are bigger en-suites in other rooms or not.

Angela, the new owner, was lovely & very welcoming & helpful. Lovely area, felt very safe. Nice room with very comfy beds. There was generally a nice feeling as soon as we entered & was greeted by the owner. The breakfast room was really cute. Felt like home from home & there was everything in there to keep hunger at bay any time of day. We wish Angela lots of luck. She deserves to be successful in her new venture. She has already put a lot of love & energy into it. Loved the decor. We would recommend Station Approach B&B to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area. And next time we come to an event at Pulse Live or the NEC, this is where we'll stay.

Really lovely B&B with a very welcoming host. The property is cosy, clean and tidy and has everything you might need. The breakfast room and complimentary snacks and breakfast was a lovely bonus. I sat and worked there comfortably on the evening. I would strongly recommend, thank you!

The warmest welcome from Angela and the staff ! Everything is so nice and clean. Rooms very cute and comfortable. Location is 10/10 too. They were all so helpful and accommodating,made me feel at home right away. Coming back for the Natural Dog expo again next year and will definitely come stay here with other delegates. Station Approach B and B is well located, only 5 minutes from the station and buses and in easy walking distance to Solihull centre. The facilities are good. It is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was self service and free teas and coffees are available at any time in the breakfasting area. Reasonably priced. We would stay here again. Thank you Only quibble: Continental breakfast was a little limited- the addition of some brown as well as white bread and plain as well as fruit yoghurt and maybe fruit would improve it greatly

I did feel that the bathroom was rather small and there was nowhere to put towels. The TV reception was not brilliant and I was unable to access BBC 1.

Room was clean. The person who checked me in very kindly made me some tea which I much appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were perfectly adequate.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but that could just be us being mindful of an early start to catch flight.

Location for the airport was what we wanted. Because there was three of us it was cheaper than two Premier Inn rooms. Off street parking was essential although a little tight for a big car. Breakfast room was a good idea to stop eating in rooms.
