Location is out of the way, local pub closed in the afternoon and the buses only run every two hours to dover centre. There was a tissue in the bin left over from the previous occupiers of the room which was obviously not ideal. I feel the room should have been more value at £50 rather than £76.

Being woke up at 1 a.m from some selfish women who decided it was a good time to bang doors talk loudly for a good 20 minutes.

Toilet did not flush properly- we needed to check out early in the morning for the ferry - so left a note about the toilet flush. That was the only negative issue of the stay.

Noisy walls are very thin so not a great nights sleep and when people were coming out for a cigarette it was outside the room. The temperature was warm too

It has been very noisy early morning, from 7 o’clock continuous noise of door opening, beeping becaus of electronic cards, supose the house keeping!

Nothing special, maybe the place itself is a bit older, but it is visible that they are maintaining it well.

Lovely spot to stay if you have an early ferry - great price and nice facilities. Easy to get parked and simple check-in. Be warned the walls a little thin so you may get to hear your neighbours conversations (and vice versa!).

Great location and very good value for money, very close to ferry port which was perfect for us. The holiday site the hotel is based well maintained it has a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, spa and entertainment also free parking. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Curtains let in a lot of light from street lamps and car headlights.

Good hotel set within a holiday park, room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Next to onsite restaurant and just across from the swimming pool which was clean. Everyone we spoke to were very pleasant and friendly. Small patio outside room which we used our picnic chairs on as none are provided.

Very nice mid range hotel, lovely staff who were very helpful. Close to ferry port and an easy drive there. You're going to the resort which is signposted and the hotel rooms are by the reception.

The corridor with other guests moving around was noisy - each time a door opened or closed could be heard. And some guests seemed to have loud voices in the corridor. The rooms themselves were quiet though.

Easy access to swimming pool and not far from beach. Room was perfectly fine, not too hot for sleeping and tea and coffee making facilities were good. Bed was a normal sized double - we are used to a larger bed, but it was comfy.

The room was okay, but as for the breakfast it was not served until 9am, and that was hot food to order. So I had to wait a further 20mins for it to be served. Most hotels serve breakfast from about 7am, if not earlier. I had to eat at a nearby restaurant to avoid losing too much time. Plus no fruit, toast or cereals were provided. Evening meals were ok, though I don’t like having to download an app, fill in all my details, enter my table no etc.

We felt unsure trying to find the place but we eventually managed. It's at the center of a caravan park. This is a very basic lodging, fine for staying the night but not very cozy.

The location was excellent for someone leaving on an early morning ferry. There was a lighthouse within walking distance and you could go for a walk near the cliff edges.
