Great place to stay and eat. Well recommended to all.

Staff and gym/swimming was great

Room 321 , my double bed was 2x singles pushed together, therefore I was falling in-between, also the mattress topper was coming off.

Location, facilities, food and drink options.

Room very very basic. Very noisy! Wall like cardboard could hear every noise from adjoining rooms and corridor. No air con. Didn’t want and didn’t clean the room when we asked numerous times. Staff told us the cleaners were ignoring our request. Very limited staff available at hotel.

The cost of everything

Went some months back and staff were rude childish and purile.That seems to have changed.

Starbucks staff very very loud I knew their life.No need.

From arrival at the Reception desk, all through our stay, every member of staff that we encountered, even if they were just passing, smiled and said Hello. The Reception staff were so helpful and friendly, doors were opened for us, we were asked if we needed help finding our way around the Hotel on a few occasions. The spa staff were helpful and friendly. The Restaurant and bar staff again were very accommodating and everything was achieved efficiently with a smile. I can honestly say that we have never been to a hotel where ALL the staff were so consistently outstanding! The newly decorated rooms were larger than average and well equipped with large beds, hairdryer, tea & coffee tray and electric fan. The bathroom was clean and bright with a large walk in shower with a large shower head. The swimming pool was clean with a small extra kids paddling pool and a hot tub. Pool noodles were provided. The changing rooms were well equipped with spacious shower cubicles, hairdryers and swimsuit dryer. The restaurant/bar staff were lovely and the food was enjoyable. It is a sports bar, so there are many TVs and can be quite noisy if there's a match on.

If there was a choice of a quieter dining area, we would have chosen that. In fairness there may have been, we didn't ask, and we enjoyed our meals regardless.

excellent check in/check out with staff. slight issue with water temperature resolved quickly - tap temp was low, shower was fine.

No phone in room - couldn't contact anyone on Monday night using my mobile. same issue next morning - had to call health club to speak to someone. i'm sure lighting is standardised on each floor BUT if you're on the ground floor you've got to have a full window height window blind down and it was dark. could do with a couple of free standing lamps.

June at the reception gave us a warm welcome. She made the kids feel at ease and advised us of interesting destinations for them.

Not a deal breaker but probably a couple of bottled water in the room would be amazing.

The hotel was clean the staff were amazing very friendly and welcoming with my children.

Nothing they had everything for a perfect stay

As we booked a family room, we also had access to the gym and pool which were both great. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

A minor point was that there were no biscuits with the tea and coffee stuff and the kids missed those! Some water glasses would have been appreciated too. There were only 2 tea cups but 4 people in the room. It wasn't really a problem, just would have been nice to have.

Everything was great! Room size was great,bathroom and toiletries was great,everything was pretty clean, facilities were great too. Staff just perfect! Beyond 10 ⭐️.

The facilities availability. The place gets very busy sometimes making it difficult to get a place in the jacuzzi, Sauna and steam room.
