The shared facilities, toilets, and showers need to be continually cleaned. Not one person who comes for one shift, like 10 am to 5 pm, and tries to clean as much as they can. Possibly a 3-person team where the shifts are staggered. One person comes at 10 am, the second at noon, and the third at 2 pm so that the last person leaves at 9 pm. That way, it really gives the facility a chance to remain clean longer due to some guests that do not know how to clean up after themselves properly.

I like the location of the Inn. It is right next to Greenwich station. They serve food and drinks. The staff is nice.

Other residents were problematic at times. Noise, phone calls in the room, behaving a bit too friendly for strangers. That's none of the fault of the establishment, though.

It was good. The beds were alright. Everything was put in place to refresh the room. It was quiet in terms of outside noise. It was located centrally in Greenwich and London. Staff were great, too. The young lady who checked me in and served me water during my stay was really nice and professional, we had a good laugh about tattoos; unfortunately, she never told me her name, but I hope she recognizes herself (she deserves a raise). Grumpy was funny. The guy who signed me out was really nice. The pub was great, too, with some events at night. I could work there too. Wi-Fi and other facilities are good. Excellent value for money.

As the window could only be opened slightly, ventilation was insufficient to prevent a buildup of carbon dioxide at night, when the room was fully occupied and the outside temperature was high, resulting in little difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures and therefore poor air exchange. Also, the power outlet next to the bed was not working.

Overall, everything was fine. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained.

very dirty, very hot in the rooms but at least theres fans. illogical placement of the lockers, the ones next to you are not yours, the ones on the other side of the room next to someones bed is yours. the locks in hallways are broken, out of the wall, etc, very worn out hostel.

if it was clean, itd be pretty okay for the price, there are privacy curtains, lamps, lockers. doable. nice that there were fans in the room, because it was extremelly hot. staff is friendly, bus stop is close, a grocery shop is close, theres bar on the first floor.

How friendly the staff was, it was just next door to the train station! If you’re a solo travel like I was they have a great bar to meet people.

The 12 bunk room was ridiculous. Small room with THREE high bunks. Absolutely disgraceful. No way shoukd be three high!!!! Hardly any room to sit up. No chairs in the room either. Way too many bunks for the space.. Noisy fan as there was little ventilation. Eight beds, two high max for this space. Unhealthy. I have stayed at loads of hostels in Europe that outshine this place, and cheaper.

Location great for running the London Marathon. Right in Greenwich. Close to shops and 10 minute walk to the race start. I only stayed here for the location for the Marathon but knew from reviews, the beds were pretty grim. This said, bedding all clean, fresh and nice clean showers and toilet facilities.

The rooms were a little cramped and very warm. That's not really their fault, as it is getting towards summer time but the huge fan in the room was quite loud, was a bit distracting trying to get to sleep.

The staff were decent to me and let me have as many free glasses of water as I wanted. The beds were comfy enough and the bar out front was cozy.
