Richard is the kindest host one can imagine. He looked after us in an extraordinary way and made us feel safe and at home. Everything in the house and the lovely garden is beautifully arranged, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend staying at St. Ann's Guesthouse.

Richard the owner was an exceptional host. The guest house is lovely with an inviting breakfast area and sitting room. There is a stunning view of their gardens from the breakfast room. Breakfast had hot and cold food and was generous. Richard helped with recommendations and taxi reservation. He and his wife provide superb customer service.

This property was outstanding! My room was cozy and had a wonderful view of a garden. The most valuable to me as a solo traveler was the host! Richard was attentive, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, walks and transportation needs.

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

It was immaculately clean and very beautifully maintained. The breakfast room had a view of the gorgeous gardens in the back yard. Breakfasts were exceptionally well prepared and served, with a delicious selection of food. Also, the host was very knowledgeable concerning interesting things to see, various tours, and ways to move about in Inverness and the surrounding area. The location of the B&B was conveniently located near the town center and the beautiful walking trails along the Ness River.

The Wifi could've been a bit more reliable, though that's something most places around Scotland struggle with.

Such a lovely place to stay! Richard is such a friendly and attentive host and made sure all was good. A great place to stay, especially if you want to be a bit out of the busy areas!

Nothing not to like. It felt like home from home.

Mum and I had a fantastic stay at St Ann's. The place was well located within easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the home comforts. The breakfast each morning was superb and cooked fresh to order. Most importantly, hosts Richard and Yanqing work tirelessly to ensure that every detail is covered. We were welcomed like family and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both so much for making our stay special 🙏.

Bathroom fan didn't clear out shower steam very well, but that was minor. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and solo travelers.

Richard and Yanqing were wonderful hosts. We were made very welcome; the room was very nice, the guesthouse very clean and the breakfast very good. Richard also provided us with great suggestions where to eat in Inverness as well as places to visit and best routes to take. The guesthouse is in quiet street and only a short walk from the center.
