Breakfast was a bit early for us festival go-ers (8:15am - 9am)! Just a few niggles which if you were staying for one night wouldn't be a problem, but any longer.... I think the pillows were very hard, but that is just my preference and the bedding was a bit uncomfortable - the bottom sheet didn't fit and kept coming off in the night. The only mirror, for make-up and hair drying wasn't near a plug and was so high up that even at 5'6" I struggled to see anything other than the top half of my face. Also, the room wasn't serviced during our stay, so no top-up of tea, coffee, milk or clean towels. I am not sure if I am being unreasonable in my expectations here, so don't let this stop you staying here because I would definitely stay again and overall a great place.

Really good location - walking distance to the centre, Old Shanklin/Chine and the sea-front. Good access to the bus stop that goes into Newport and the Festival. The room was large and very clean. Pleasant owners who were very helpful. Breakfast was good quality.

Whilst the room was excellent and recently decorated both myself and my wife found the duvet to be a high tog rating and as such it was rather warm at night (but too be honest it is probably better to have it this way rather than trying to sleep in whilst freezing cold)

Bedroom was in excellent condition and serviced on a daily basis. Breakfast was cooked to order and delivered in a timely manner on hot plates. Good selections available and possible to make minor changes from the set breakfast menu. Location is great for both driving and bus services and host couldn't have been any more helpful.

There's anything we didn't like except we have to just stay for a night

Everything is awesome 4 poster bed Cleanliness at its peak. Sally is the most wonderful human I've met. Had our English breakfast in the morning, which is so delicious 💯 Recommended Near Sunrise point and many restaurants

Only down side was the water tank in the toilet was making weird noise at midnight, had to flush few times so to stop the noise. Other than that everything was perfect.

The most beautiful room with a 4 poster bed, the hosts were so friendly. Breakfast was a lovely experience with a choice each day and dining room so intimate you would chat to other guests on the other tables.
