EVERYTHING!!! Beautiful room, really comfortable bed. Gracious hosts. Perfect location. Food was excellent. Felt like we were staying with family. Lots of places to eat, teas and drinks. Beautiful traditional pubs. Stunning scenery. Amazing walks. Walked 10 miles over the weekend.

Absolutely nothing- the house and stay was just perfection.

The property was absolutely beautiful and so easy to get to. Fantastic location, just a short walk to the centre of Broadway. Parking right in front of the property and off road so nice and easy for unloading bags etc. A gorgeous period house with a lovely feel and spotlessly clean. Hosts were amazing and a fantastic breakfast made for us each morning- they genuinely could not do enough for us! Cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I loved my stay at Small Brook Cottage in Broadway. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located just a short drive from the village centre. The welcoming hosts, peaceful garden and thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a true home away from home in the heart of the Cotswolds.

We loved everything about Small Brooke Cottage

Lucy and Lawrence are the perfect hosts. Full English breakfast every morning, which sets you up for the day ahead. Our room was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Small Brooke cottage is close to Broadway village and most of the other Cotswolds villages are an easy drive too. Highly recommend this accommodation, it is a real home away from home.

Lawrence and Lucinda were great hosts; friendly and very helpful. Lawrence cooked a killer full English breakfast and also gave an excellent recommendation on the route to take for sightseeing. The room was excellent, with a very comfy bed, in a very nice cottage. Location is just outside the village limits of Broadway but well within walking distance to the town centre.

Our hosts were so nice and helped us plan out out trip in the Cotswolds. The property was beautiful (especially if you’re an animal lover) and comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING and the nightly walks to and from the property were beautiful.

Pleasant rural setting. Nice one mile walk to town. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Friendly hosts who offered helpful advice on things to do and served a delicious full English breakfast.

I requested at last minute if our daughter could also come with us and have a mattress/ or extra room for her . When we arrived it was all ready for us . I said I would pay for any extra charge for the weekend stay for her no problem. I was very grateful, however they felt the inconvenience they were afforded to accommodate caused them upset ......... I gave the lovely lady owner the assurance of payment and she did not highlight that a third person was giving up her space to accommodate my request. If her husband hadn't had a go at us for the " inconvenience and booking thru Booking.com " of my request they may lose $'s.......... I reassured them I would pay the difference. But the whole attack on us was unnecessary..... they could have said no we haven't room. No guest should be challenged with their attitude.

Our hosts, Lucy and hubby, were lovely and very obliging. Both mornings, we changed our breakfast times and we still had our breakfasts with no trouble at all. Location was excellent. Thank you Lucy and your better half, so sorry 😞 my memory fails me at times with names !!!!

Absolutely nothing.

This was our second stay at Smallbrook Cottage. Gorgeous home with car parking spaces. We like the location, being about 45 minute walk from the beautiful village of Broadway. Our room was spacious and very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a jar of cookies. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite super clean and light. Our hosts, Lucinda and Lawrence, were friendly, informative and kind. Thank you for the cookies and carrots! Breakfast was the best ever, cereal, fresh berries, yoghurt, toast and a full English. Just fabulous! When we go back to the Cotswolds, this will be our first choice for accommodation.
