Very good a quiet area however in the property it was noisy

The receptionist was very unprofessional and was shouting on me if you ask a question.

The shower leaking everywhere....told manager on chuck out he did not care ...noisy could hear neighbours

I found a mould in the room. When I showed the pictures to hotel staff, they told me: It's not mould, it's a grout between tiles. I added some pictures below.

The reception was very nice and kind.

During my 4 day stay at the hotel I was surprised that they ask me to fill up a form. It indicates a deposit of 100 euro in case that there will be damages in the duration of the stay. The hotel has the right to charge for any losses and it will be deducted in the credit card. Before they should ask to pay a deposit they should have check the room first. Only to find out that there is a need to be repair in the room like tiles in the bathroom. :(

The staff was kind with us.

The room was not properly clean when we arrived. Floors were really dirty, like someone spilled food and with hairs on the floor and sheets. We asked the cleaning to clean the floors again and it was better but food was still on the floor when we came back. We felt uncomfortable touching the floor with our feet, sleeping on the sheets and taking a shower there. Rooms also need a good renovation, they are in poor condition.

Very kind and professional people at the reception. The position is perfect not far from the city center.

The location was great near the underground

The plumbing was bad and the rooms are tiny

Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean

Nearly every fitting in the bathroom was loose (shower holder, toilet roll holder)

A great wee place in a very quiet area. Just north is Kensington High Street and walking distance to Holland Park and Hyde Park. To the South North End Rd and Chelsea. Staff were lovely and the room and shower were great. Good value for money. Definitely be back.

If I was to say anything at all , the con was a wee bit noisy. I'd prefer just to open the window as the area is quiet enough; however, this is a minor point which didn't detract too much from a lovely stay.
