Rooms are dated. The sink and the shower drain extremely slow. We were told that there was no air conditioning yet because it was still cool outside, even though the info on booking says they had air conditioning. We spoke to the front desk and she moved us to a different room that the air conditioner was working. There is no lift.

The one of desk lights does not work. The phone does not work. The back side flip of TV controller is gone. Th power switch of TV controller does not work. the safety chain does not work. The fabric on the headboard of the bed partially collapsed.

- Cleaniness was not good. A bit more cleaning would make the experience much better. Too much dust around (heating was specially dirty). - Demand for damage deposit does not make sense nowadays. - Maintenance was poor. For instance, the trash bucket was rusty. Other things seemed broken and were fixed without much care for appearence. - Very overpriced for what you receive, but okay for a short stay.

It could be a bit cleaner. I found hair on the bedding and dust around, and overall, it didn’t feel thoroughly clean, especially in the corners.

I liked that the room was equipped with a mini kitchen, including a kettle and a microwave (even though I didn’t use them). The bed was comfortable.

Although overall the room was value for money, my view that some improvements could be made, with the small refrigerator in need of a thermostat, as I could not find it, and it seemed more like a cooler box but never had a good cool temperature. Also there was no toaster available but the quiet kettle was efficient. The shampoo in the bottle dispenser on the wall in the shower was difficult to use and understandably we were provided small squeezy bottles of shampoo to use instead, which were very good to use. Although we could have asked for more toilet paper, we made do with the one small roll that was provided.

This accommodation was quite reasonable for the price and location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having one card key for our room and main door was helpful. With most things all in good working order for self catering such as the good easy to use microwave, with all the necessary cutlery and crockery included. The bed was comfortable, and we had a quiet night with no noise. The back window view was nice, with being able to push the large window up to allow fresh air into our room. The toilet and shower worked well. On all accounts, we would be happy to stay again.

The milk cartons were out of date in the room. Asked for some more but also out of date so had to go to shop for my own milk. Not major inconvenience, but not what I expected.

The room was very tired. The floor panels creaked and cracked as you moved about, and the shower was mouldy and limescaled. The bathroom is the size of a wardrobe. A big, heavy fire door separates the small kitchen from the main living space. The heating has two settings: sauna or Arctic circle. And a slab of concrete is cosplaying as the bed. This would be acceptable if the room had been reasonably priced, but it was not.

An accessible location, just a few minutes from Olympia overground station. It's easy to find and there are convenient shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient.
