Very welcoming and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a very good guest information booklet which gave a lot of relevant information. The guest house is located in a quieter area of Blackpool away from the centre. Would re-book.

I was on the top floor ( and unfortunately no lift) X but this was more to do with me not reading the small print when booking X but overall probably done me good ( plenty of exercise) 😁😁

My partner and I liked the size of the room, the deco details, and how tidy it was presented. We liked the hospitality and beauty of the location. 10/10 Stars. We highly recommend this place. It's a 4-minute walk to the closest Tram station, 18 minutes walk to North Station.

Everything Room was perfect Rooms all music themed and we were in the ABBA room. Good breakfast as well. All in all 10 out of 10 Definitely be back here if it's not booked when we want to go.

Lovely room, got everything you need and a few thoughtful little extras. Our hosts are great guys, funny & friendly. Told us a few good places to go to had a great chat at breakfast. As for the breakfast - I chose a full English - great! All cooked perfectly, plenty of it, set me up for the day. 👍🏻 The location is in a 'quieter' part of Blackpool but that suited us and the trams are great for getting around. We had a day ticket and went all over the place. Overall, great value, fantastic break. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10

This was my secind visit to this bb. Room spotless. Room had everything you could need. Hosts were great. Breakfast was delicious. Geat value for money. Best bed and breakfast in Blackpool. Hope to stay again in 2026.

Everything. Very warm welcome from Adam and Phil. Nice cosy room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night which was great for sleeping. We enjoyed being able to have a drink in the bar and chatting with the other guests. Breakfast was nice and relaxed. A bonus was being able to park in a nearby road for nothing. Nice and close to the sea front and illuminations. Excellent value for money. We’re already looking to see when we can visit again. Thanks for a great weekend 😊

Nothing at all. Only thing to maybe be aware of for some people is that there is no lift, and its over three floors, but it was fine for us. Loved it :)

We have just returned from a wonderful stay with Adam and Phil, and beautiful Mr George the cat. What a place this is. Superbly decorated, individualised rooms, excellent value for money, and fabulous hosts. Bed super comfy, shower nice and hot, breakfast spot on, and they really did go above and beyond to help us celebrate my boyfriends birthday with banners up and a mini croissant "cake" - amazing singing voice too! It really came across that this hotel is run by experienced owners: little touches like a dark towel available for dyed hair/make up as well as fluffy white ones, a box with 'commonly forgotten items' just in case, choccies and tea/coffee/hot choc, even lil marshmallows! super well equipped room - iron and board, fridge in the room, lil bottles of milk for your tea. Genuinely can tell how much care is put into helping your stay to be carefree and relaxing. Also LOVED the Halloween decs too! Thank you so very much; we would love to come back some day 😊 xx
