Dear Eduardo, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to say that I have never been in a situation such as the one we have on your check in day. It was very difficult to communicate with you due to the language barrier, I am sorry if you felt I am rude. I only tried to visually show you what I am talking about ( after I re-phrased few times) as it was clear you did not understand. I only wanted you not to slam the door when going in & out. I would also say you failed to familiarize yourself with the listing description before you book - I understand your expectations were hotel level, but the property is clearly listed as a private home. I was kind enough to let you come and leave your luggage earlier ( even before the others guest check out time) but you were expecting to check in at that time. To me, clearly there is misunderstanding due to the language barrier, but you should not shout at people because of that.
