We stayed at the end of the summer hols so not sure if the caravan has been well used, could do with a little tlc in some places..coffee table a little worn and the caravan door catch to keep it open was broken and the one of the coat hooks was snapped in half.. these are all little wear and tear issues which we assumed could of happened over the summer.. but overall nothing effected our stay.. we throughly enjoyed our week!!

Caravan in quiet area of the park, caravan was clean and bedding was fresh it has all the things that you need for a stay, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was clean too. Short cut to the main attractions of the park, which was good. Preferred a little walk to have a quieter spot. The caravan was a short walk to the beach and shops / food places close by. Wifi worked well and had no issues with anything while we stayed, which is always good and would return and recommended to family and friends! Good value for price! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and helped with us getting the park passes registering us in advance. Easy check in too. Owner came to see us while we were there very pleasant and helpful.

Oven only had one shelf so cooking was a challenge for a group of 8. Few more utensils would be good e.g extra spoons, strainer. Wifi signal dipped during peak hours.

Good communication with host. Easy access. No frills accommodation as reflected in price and photos. Suited our short stay. Nice to have some games and toys.

The single beds were tough to sleep for adults . It would have been better if we had a few passes to the kids swimming pools.

Easy access, good location with parking for two cars and plenty of board games. Clean and tidy. Few minutes drive to the playground. Communicates well with the host. It would be better if the two twin bedrooms had heating and provide hair dryer.

My first time I stopped in a caravan. It ticked all the boxes. It was ideal for my work in Edinburgh. I would definitely book again.

Instructions to light the gas fire and a lighter with gas in it would have made the 1st day a lot warmer. Also the electricity trips when the kettle is switched on if you have other things plugged in. We replaced the tin opener, the one in the drawer was broken on arrival, fortunately the nice lady in the next caravan opened my tin of tomatoes for me so we could eat tea without going back out.

Check in at the park was super easy ( someone came to the car and greeted me by name). Caravan was clean and quiet and the water was hot.

Lack of home comfort items, just felt like sleeping in a shell. No added extras e.g no lamp in bedrooms, there wasn't even a small amount of shampoo or tea/coffee provided. Two out of the three mornings woke up to bedding feeling damp. Signs on the windows with phone number advertising available for rent made it feel like our stay was nothing special.

Facilities/range of activities available at the park itself. Good Internet reception in caravan and the caravan was clean.

The owner used the word luxury, it was the least luxurious place I have ever stayed. It was cold, uncomfortable, damp and beyond basic. There was a gas fire and two oil filled radiators, one of which would not pass any safety checks. There was no iron, hairdryer or towels provided. I didn’t feel it offered any kind of value for money, it was really over priced. I felt very upset about staying here but it was a family get together and we had driven over four hours. I would not recommend this to anyone. My parents booked another caravan through booking.com and for just a bit more money it was absolutely stunning and very luxurious.

Clean comfortable caravan. Great location, quiet area of the park but access to all amenities 5 min away ( through a path behind the caravans) Dvd and games/toys are a lovely addition. Great communication with host. Driving into Edinburgh centre took 30min max in the car but we did take the bus one day which took just over and hour. Around £2 single trip for adult and £1 child but family day pass can be bought.

Caravan was beautiful and clean and in a great location near the park and facilities. The host was friendly and communication was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay again
