Milk, tea, coffee etc was provided, nice and clean. Free WiFi. Free parking down the hill. Response time to communication was rapid.

We're used to a different kind of mattress not one with springs in.

The room was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed. Everywhere clean and cereal and milk provided.

The only minor thing was that I didn’t find the hairdryer until the next morning! So a sign indicating its location under the bed would be welcome.

Bed as springs you could feel in your back which has hurt my wife's back toilet banged everytime you flushed it you could hear hosts above us the fact that it was advertised as sea view but we had to walk up road about 30 mtrs to see it says parking available but when we arrived had to park car at bottom of hill as parking in drive was private

Room and communication with the owner was good. Nice little touches, on arrival, beers, tea cakes etc

Car park location is right at the bottom of a very steep driveway. Tough if ypu are elderly and need to take bags up to the room.

Good space with a kitchenette.

Good location in Oban, but over an hour drive to any tourist locations/hikes. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom ran on tank water which made very loud noises anytime we used the shower or toilet. Have to walk up the steep driveway which is tough with suitcases.

It was comfortable, in a great location to catch a ferry & with lovely views over Oban. The owners made us welcome & were very accommodating.

Excellent facilities in room with own kitchen area and shower/toilet. The complimentary snacks /drinks were totally unexpected although I did not have chance to try them.

The studio was in a great location and easily accessed up a steep road from oban center, the space was well organised and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. Little treats and water left on the bed and in the fridge were lovely and communication was quick.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but that was the only downside :)

Hill up to property was a challenge after dinner one night but going down was easy

Perfect room, spotlessly clean, not far from centre of oban stayed for 2 nights, hosts always in touch if needed, very well looked after would stay again without hesitation

We liked how they had taken full advantage of the small space making it very functional Easy checkin, good communication

Uphill climb to get there Toilet seat slid sideways Bathroom floor got wet from shower could have used a mop or dog towel to dry it up

Good for 1 night stay before early ferry

Nit in walking distance of town and steep drive for luggage. Uncomfortable bed
